MEAN ( Grouped Data )

The Mean workbook aims to improve students

understanding on how to solve for the mean of a
grouped data.

In entering datas, simply enter the datas with the given

interval, the frequency and in the deviation , choose on
where you want to put the "0" and continue wih the
positive and negative values under it.

To solve for the "fd" , simply multiply the frequency (f)

and the deviation (d).

In entering the function always start with the equal sign

(= ). The mean is equal to the sum of all "fd" divided by
the n times the interval then add the assume mean.

To clear the data, click the cell then delete.
