    SCOPE & OBJECTIVES

    The overall objective of Karandaaz Women Entrepreneurship Challenge 2019 is to support the
    growth of women-led businesses by providing them access to customized business development
    support and access to finance. Women-led businesses that have been in operation for at least 3
    years and have an annual revenue of at least PKR 5.0 million can apply.

    In Phase 1 of the programme, businesses selected by Karandaaz will undergo an assessment to


    develop their business plan, formulate a fund utilization plan and identify business development
    needs. The assessment will be used to provide customized advisory support to the chosen
    business.
