List of Labour Law Compliance Documents

Soft Copy of the following compliance documents are required to be submitted on


monthly basis in audit and to the Labour Inspector / Officer from the Government
Department as and when requested.

1.Documents required under the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act,
1970

 Copy of license (if applicable);


 VI A (notice of commencement / completion of contract work);
 Register of workmen employed by the contractor;
 Employment card;
 Service certificate;
 Muster roll;
 Register of wages;
 Wage slip;
 Register of deductions for damages or loss;
 Register of fines;
 Register of advances;
 Register of overtime;
 Return to be sent by the contractor to licensing officer for the half year ending
June / December.

2.Documents required pursuant to the Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948

 Copy of ESIC registration certificate;


 ESI monthly challan;
 Monthly Contribution History;(Highlighted List of Employees’ Deployed at site)
 Accident register.

3.Documents required pursuant to the Employees’ Provident Funds and


Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952

 Copy of PF registration certificate;


 PF monthly challan;
 Monthly ECR details Part A, B, C and D. (Highlighted List of Employees’
Deployed at site)

4.Documents required under the Payment of Bonus Act, 1965

 Register A, B and C;
 D: Annual return.
5.Documents required pursuant to the Labour Welfare Fund Act
 Labour welfare fund contribution receipt;
 B: Unpaid accumulation return.

6.Documents required pursuant to the Building and Other Construction Workers


Act

 Copy of Registration (If applicable)


 Registration under Beneficiary Board of Individuals
 List of Contribution paid to the Beneficiary Board
 Register of Building Worker
 Certificate of Medical Examination
 Health Register
 Nomination
 IX: Monthly Return to be send to licensing officer for the Month Ended.
 XXXV: Annual Return to be send to licensing officer for the year ending
December.
 Copy of Workmen’s Compensation Policy (With site name mentioned or
Declaration Letter on behalf of Company)

7.Documents required pursuant to the Payment of Wages Act,1936

 IV: Annual Return to be send to licensing officer for the year ending December

8.Documents required pursuant to the Minimum Wages Act,1948

 III: Annual Return to be send to licensing officer for the year ending December

9. Any other document required by the Labour Inspector / Officer from the
Government Department.

Note: The registers mentioned above and maintained by the contractors should be
attested by the contractor and by the representative of REACH Promoters Pvt. Ltd.
being the principal employer
