period of time, as you know our services are up to the mark and we are making certain
changes time by time to increase our work qualities as per your instruction.

As you know the Government of Madhya Pradesh has increased the minimum wages as
per ​Minimum Wages act 1948 ​with effected from 01 April 2008 according to this
notification the revised rate of Madhya Pradesh Government given in the letter attached.

In this connection our company needs increment of Rs. 418/- for Security Guards and Rs.
450/- for Security Supervisor.

We request you to please take a look to the notification of Government of Madhya

Pradesh (Minimum Wages Act 1948) and please grant us approval to apply this new
schedule.
