Melon – Eggplant shake

Ingredients:
1 whole eggplant
Half medium size melon
2 cups crushed ice
1 small evaporated milk

Procedures:
1. Boil the eggplant until it become soft and easy to peel.
2. Peel the melon and cut into two. Only half will be used.
3. Put melon and peeled eggplant into the blender and blend
it.
4. Put the crushed ice and evaporated milk.
5. Blend until it becomes smooth.

Costing:
1 eggplant – 10 pesos
1 whole melon – 80 pesos ( left over with the patty )
2 cups crushed ice – 5 pesos
1 small evaporated milk – 30 pesos
Total cost: 125 pesos
Tuna sandwich with Eggplant and Melon puree

Ingredients:
1 eggplant large-sized
1 melon medium-sized
2 can century tuna
1 burger bread
1 white onion minced
Ketchup and mayo dressing
Salt
Pepper
5 table spoon all purpose flour
Cooking oil

Procedures:
1. Grill the eggplant until it appears completely soft.
2. Blender the melon this it appears thin and smooth.
3. Drain the century tuna.
4. Mince onion.
5. Mix all ingredients.
6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
7. Add 5 table spoon of all purpose flour.
8. Mix the ingredients until the product appears heavy.
9. Form a round shape patty same size as the bread.
10. Fry until the product appears firm.
11. Put it in the bread and add thousand island dressing.

Pepper – 2 pesos
Flour – 10 pesos
