Note: Some recipes use basic ingredients that most households have. I
tried to limit the use of those ingredients to 1-2 per recipe, but
they are necessary for certain recipes. The ingredients include flour,
sugar, butter, oil, salt, pepper, milk, water, and ice. I also presume
that people have nonstick spray, silver foil, and parchment paper.

Ingredients
1. 2 Egg Whites
2. 2 Eggs
3. Black Food dye

Basic Ingredients
1. Salt
2. Pepper

Directions
1. In a medium bowl, whisk
the egg whites until
stiff peaks form.
2. Add 3 drops of black
food dye.
3. On a lined and sprayed
baking sheet, pour the
egg whites and form a
half sphere shape.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for
10-15 minutes.
5. In a small bowl,
whisk the eggs.
6. In a small pan, cook
the eggs and make a
small omelet.
7. Lay the egg white
half-sphere (the moon)
over the omelet (the sun)
to form an eclipse.
8. Season with salt and pepper
and enjoy!
Bacon, Egg, and Cheese in a Hole
Ingredients

1. 3 English Muffins
2. 6 Cooked Bacon Strips
3. 3 Eggs
4. 3 Slices American Cheese

Special Equipment

1. Ring Molds

Directions

1. In a medium frying pan on medium

heat, crack eggs into ring molds,

and cook thoroughly, making sure

not to break the yolk.

Cut a small hole in the middle of

the top of the english muffin.

2. In another frying pan, on medium

heat, lay cheese and bacon on the

english muffin, and cook until

warm and until the cheese has


melted.

3. Remove the eggs from the rings,

and place on top of the bacon and

cheese, and top with the other half

of the english muffin, letting the

yolk peek through the hole.

4. Serve immediately, and enjoy!


Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal
Ingredients

1. 1 ½ cups Oats
2. 1 Banana
3. 3 tablespoons Slivered Almonds
4. 1 heaping spoonful Peanut Butter

Basic Ingredients

1. 1 cup Milk

Special Equipment

1. Mason Jar (optional)

Directions

1. In a small bowl, add milk and

oats. Microwave for 2-3 minutes.

2. Add peanut butter and banana,

and stir.

3. Transfer to a mason jar(optional).

Top with slivered almonds,

and enjoy!
Tri-Fruit Pancakes
Ingredients

1. 2 Eggs
2. 5 Strawberries
3. Blueberries
4. 1 Banana
5. 1 tsp Cinnamon

Basic Ingredients

1. 1 tbsp Sugar
2. Butter

Directions

1. Wash, de-stem, and quarter

strawberries. In a small bowl,

mix strawberries with sugar.

2. Let sit. In a medium bowl, mash

banana and add eggs and cinnamon.

Whisk together.

3. In a pan greased with butter over


medium-low heat, using a ⅛ cup
measurement, pour batter onto pan,

add 4-5 blueberries, and cook until


brown. Flip, and continue cooking

until fully cooked. Repeat with the


rest of the batter.

4. Top with strawberries, and enjoy!

Chocolate Berry Smoothies

Ingredients

1. 2 heaping spoonfuls nutella


2. 1 cup greek yogurt
3. 2 cups frozen mixed berries

Basic Ingredients

1. 1 ¼ cup milk, divided

Special Equipment

1. Blender

Directions
1. In a blender, add the nutella,
yogurt, frozen mixed berries,
and 1 cup milk.
2. Blend for 30 seconds until
there are no clumps.
3. Add ¼ cup milk and blend
for another 30 seconds until the
smoothie is smooth enough to be
sipped through a straw.
4. Keep refrigerated and enjoy!
Rice Krispie PB & J Balls

Ingredients

1. 5 heaping spoonfuls Smooth


Peanut Butter
2. Jelly (any flavor)
3. 1 ½ cups Rice Cereal

Directions

1. Line a freezer-safe plate or


tray with silver foil and spoon
small balls of jelly onto it.
Freeze for 30-40 minutes. They
shouldn’t be rock solid, but you
should be able to lift them
without them breaking too much.
2. In a small pot, add the peanut
butter and stir until it is fully
melted. Pour into a glass
bowl and add the rice cereal.
Stir them until all of the cereal
is coated in peanut butter.
3. Put the mixture into the
freezer for about 10 minutes.
4. Take them out of the fridge
and take out a plate or
baking sheet. Wash your
hands and then use them
to form balls of peanut butter
rice cereal. Press down in
the middle and place a ball
of jelly, then roll them up to
form a ball.
5. Freeze for 5-10 more minutes,
and then enjoy!
Baked Apple Chips
Ingredients

1. 3 Gala apples
2. ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon

3. 1 ¼ tbsp Light Brown Sugar

Special Equipment

1. Mandolin (optional)

Directions

1. Wash and thinly slice apples

using a mandolin or a knife.

2. In a small bowl, mix the

cinnamon and brown sugar.

3. Pour the cinnamon mixture

onto the apples, and coat

them completely.

4. Place the apples on a baking

sheet and bake at 200 degrees

for 1 hour. Flip the apples,

and bake for another hour.

5. Broil the apple chips on

high for 5-6 minutes.

6. Let sit for about 10 minutes

at room temperature. Enjoy!


Rainbow Fruit Skewers
Ingredients

1. 4 Strawberries
2. 16 Blueberries
3. 8 pieces Cubed Pineapple
4. 8 pieces Cubed Cantaloupe
5. 2 Kiwis

Special Equipment

1. Skewers

Directions

1. Peel the kiwis and

slice into half moons.

Halve the strawberries

and cut off the stems.

2. On skewers, spear fruit

in the order: Half strawberry,

cube of cantaloupe, cube

of pineapple, kiwi

piece, 2 blueberries.

3. Serve with whipped cream

(optional) and enjoy!


Ham & Cheese Rollups
Ingredients

1. Sliced American Cheese


2. Sliced Ham
3. Sliced White Bread (or bread of your choosing)

Basic Ingredients

1. Butter

Directions

1. Using a rolling pin, roll

the bread out until about

½ cm thick. Cut off the crust.

2. On each slice, place a slice of

ham and a slice of cheese. Carefully

roll the slices of bread.

3. In a medium frying pan, grease

with butter and place the rollups.

Heat, rolling occasionally, until

cheese is melted and the bread

is browned.

4. Serve immediately and enjoy!


Angel Hair With Peas and Herbs
Ingredients

1. 5 oz Peas, cooked
2. 1 lb Angel Hair Pasta
3. 1 tbsp basil, finely chopped
4. 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped

Basic Ingredients

1. Water

Directions

1. In a large pot of boiling

water, add the angel hair,

and cook for 4-5 minutes,

until al dente. Save about

½ cup of cooking water.

2. In a small bowl, mix

reserved cooking water,

parsley, and basil.

3. In a large bowl, mix pasta

and peas. Add water and

herb mixture. Serve warm,

and enjoy!
Spicy Deviled Eggs
Ingredients

1. 3 Eggs
2. Paprika

Basic Ingredients

1. Water

Directions

1. In a small pot, cover

the eggs with water,

and then bring to a boil.

Cover and remove from heat.

Let sit for 20 minutes.

2. Run under cold water, and

then peel the eggs. Slice

the eggs in half, and then

remove the yolks.

3. Add all the yolks to a bowl,

and then mash. Mix in 1 tbsp

olive oil and 2 pinches of salt.

Add the yolk mixture back

into the egg white, and then

sprinkle with paprika.

4. Enjoy!

Garlic-Onion Baked Potato Chips

Ingredients
1. 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
2. 1 tbsp Onion Powder
3. 3 medium-large Potatoes

Basic Ingredients
1. Salt
2. Pepper

Directions
1. Thinly slice the potatoes to
form ⅛ inch thick slices.
2. In a small bowl, mix garlic
powder, onion powder, 1 tsp
salt, and pepper to taste.
3. Put the potatoes in a large bowl
and pour the seasoning mixture
over the potatoes. Fold the
seasoning in so the potatoes are
fully coated.
4. Place the slices on a greased baking
sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes
at 400 degrees.
5. Serve immediately, and enjoy!
Chicken Asparagus Squares

Ingredients
1. ¼ cup Honey

2. ½ cup Soy Sauce


3. 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
4. 3 Chicken Breasts
5. 2 bunches Asparagus

Basic Ingredients
1. Olive Oil
2. Salt
3. Pepper

Directions
1. Dry and flatten the chicken breasts
and cut them into 1x1in cubes.
2. In a medium frying pan, cook
the chicken cubes on medium high
heat, until fully cooked. Remove
from heat.
3. On a greased baking sheet, add the
asparagus. Coat in about 2 tbsp
olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake
for 30-40 minutes, at 400 , until soft.

4. In a small bowl, add the honey,


soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir
until well combined.
5. Weave the asparagus into 4 stalk
by 4 stalk squares, as if weaving
a basket.
6. Add half of the soy mixture to the
pan, and heat on low, coating the
chicken in sauce.
7. Spoon 4-5 pieces of chicken onto the
squares. If necessary, reheat them
in the oven for 1 minute. Serve with
extra sauce and enjoy!
Cheesy Sloppy Joe Boats

Ingredients
1. 6 Hamburger Buns
2. ½ cup BBQ Sauce
3. 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
4. 1.5 lb Ground Turkey
5. 6 slices American Cheese

Basic Ingredients
1. Salt
2. Pepper

Directions
1. Using only the tops of the buns,
use a spoon to hollow out the bun,
making them look like bowls.
2. in a large frying pan over medium-high
heat, cook the ground turkey, 1 tbsp
salt, and 1 tbsp pepper until fully
cooked.
3. Turn the temperature down to low, and
add the italian seasoning. Remove the
pan
from heat and add the bbq sauce.
4. In the buns, place 1 slice of cheese per bun
and broil for 5 minutes.
5. Spoon the meat mixture into the cheesy
bowls, and enjoy!
Pepperoni Pizza Bites

Ingredients

1. Pre-made Pie Dough


2. Pizza Sauce
3. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
4. Pepperoni Slices
5. 1 Egg

Directions

1. Roll out the pie dough


on a cutting board and
use a cookie cutter
to cut 3 inch circles and
place them on a pan
lined with silver foil.
2. On half of the circles
place a slice of pepperoni,
a dollop of sauce, and a
pinch of cheese, making
sure to leave space
around the edges.
3. Place the other circles on
top and use a fork to
crimp the edges. Lift
the circles slightly to
make sure that the edges
are stuck together.
4. Quickly whisk the egg and,
using a pastry brush, brush
the egg onto the top of the
circles.
5. Bake using the instructions
on the box of dough.
6. Cut off any burnt sauce
around the edges and enjoy!
Air Fryer Coconut Shrimp
Ingredients

1. ½ cup Seasoned Breadcrumbs

2. ½ cup Shredded Coconut


3. 1 lb medium Shrimp
4. 3 Eggs

Basic Ingredients
1. 1 cup Flour
2. Cold Water

Special Equipment

1. Air Fryer

Directions

1. If shrimp are frozen, defrost


them, and quickly wet them in
cold water.
2. In a medium bowl, add 1 cup
flour. In another bowl, whisk
the eggs. In a third bowl,
mix the breadcrumbs and
coconut.
3. Coat the shrimp in flour,
then in egg, and then in
the breadcrumb mixture.
4. In an air fryer, at 330
degrees, fry the shrimp
for 15 minutes, flipping
halfway through.
5. Serve with Pineapple Lemon
Sauce below (optional) and
enjoy!
Pineapple Lemon Sauce

Ingredients

1. ½ Lemon
2. 1 can Crushed Pineapple
3. 1 ½ tbsp Cornstarch

Basic Ingredients
1. ½ cup Water

Directions

1. In a medium saucepan, add


the juice from the pineapple
and the juice of the lemon.
Cover and heat on low heat
until bubbling.
2. Add the cornstarch and whisk
until dissolved. Add ½ cup
water and continue whisking.
Uncover, and let simmer,
whisking occasionally.
3. Mix in 2 tbsp of the pineapple,
and whisk. Simmer covered for
about 5 minutes. Serve with
Coconut Shrimp above and enjoy!
Lemon Garlic Roasted Broccoli
Ingredients

1. 10 cups Broccoli Florets


2. juice of 1 Lemon
3. 4 cloves of Garlic, finely minced

Basic Ingredients

1. Olive Oil
2. Salt
3. Pepper

Directions

1. In a large bowl, add broccoli,

garlic, lemon, 1 1/2 tablespoons

olive oil, and salt and pepper to

taste.

2. Mix to coat broccoli. On a baking

sheet lined with silver foil, lay

broccoli and bake at 400 degrees

for 20 minutes.

3. Add 1 tbsp olive oil and more salt

and pepper. Serve immediately,

and enjoy!
BBQ Chicken Ring
Ingredients

1. ¾ cup Shredded Chicken

2. ⅓ cup BBQ Sauce


3. Crescent Rolls (4 triangles)
4. Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

1. In a small bowl, mix shredded

chicken & BBQ sauce.

2. On a baking sheet, cut crescent

roll triangles in half (from the

base up.) Lay on the baking sheet

to form a sun shape with the bases

forming a circle in the center.

Connect the edges of the crescent rolls

around the circle, so that the

circle has a closed edge.

3. Place the BBQ chicken mixture around

the circle, and sprinkle cheese on

top of the chicken. Fold over the

crescent rolls to cover the chicken

and cheese (small openings are fine),

and bake according to the directions

on the package of crescent rolls.

4. Enjoy!

Mint Chocolate Soup
Ingredients

1. ¾ cup Chocolate Chips


2. 6 Graham Cracker Squares
3. 7 Thin Chocolate Mint Cookies
4. 5 cups Whipped Cream

Basic Ingredients

1. Water
2. 4 tbsp Butter, melted

Directions

1. Add ½ cup water and chocolate


chips to a pan and stir until
melted.
2. Add about 1 cup of the whipped
cream and stir until it
dissolves.
3. Refrigerate the chocolate
mixture.
4. Put the graham crackers
and thin mints in a tightly
sealed ziplock bag, and
crush them until crumbs.
5. Add the 4 tbsp melted butter
to the graham crackers and
thin mints in a medium bowl
and combine.
6. Pour the crust into small
bowls and use a spoon
to press it onto the bottom.
7. Take out the chocolate
mixture, making sure
that it is fully cooled,
and add the rest of the
whipped cream. Stir until
the chocolate has a whipped
texture.
8. Pour the chocolate into
the bowls, and top with
extra whipped cream
(optional). Enjoy!
Marshmallow Chocolate Truffles
Ingredients

1. ¾ cup Mini Marshmallows


2. 14 oz Chocolate Chips
3. ¼ cup plain Greek Yogurt
4. either 2 tbsp Rainbow Sprinkles or 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder (or both!)

Directions

1. Melt the chocolate, and

in a small bowl, mix with

the greek yogurt.

2. Freeze for 15 minutes.


3. Form small balls of the

yogurt chocolate mixture

and press in the center.

Place one marshmallow and

roll to form a ball.

4. Roll in cocoa powder

and/or sprinkles, and

let sit for 5 minutes.

5. Keep refrigerated and enjoy!


Raspberry Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients

1. 3 cups Chocolate Chips


2. 1 cup Frozen Raspberries

Basic Ingredients

1. ½ cup Water
2. 3 cups Ice

Directions

1. In a medium frying pan, add

chocolate chips and 1/2 cup water,

and melt until smooth.

2. In a large bowl, add 3 cups

ice and one cup of water.

Quickly transfer the melted

chocolate to a medium bowl.

3. Place the medium bowl in the large bowl

and, using an electric hand mixer

(or whisk), whip until stiff peaks form.

4. Let the raspberries sit at room temperature

for about 10 minutes, until not fully

defrosted, but able to work with. Carefully

chop them into small pieces, and add to

the chocolate.

5. Keep refrigerated, and enjoy!


Bullseye Cookies
Ingredients

1. Red Food Dye


2. 1 lb Premade Sugar Cookie Dough
3. Pretzel Sticks
4. Mini Marshmallows

Directions

1. On a lightly floured cutting

board, divide dough into halves.

Flour the dough as well until it

isn’t sticky. Wearing latex gloves,

add about 3 drops of red food

coloring to one half of the dough.

Knead until color is fully mixed in

and the dough is dark pink/red.

2. Form a small ball of red dough,

about a tablespoon, and then

add a smaller ball of uncolored

dough. Place on top of the red ball

of dough, and press down lightly.

Add a tiny bit of red dough on top,

and press lightly. It should be a ball

shape, but the different doughs should

be connected. Make sure not to blend

the colors though. Repeat with the


remaining dough.

3. On an ungreased baking sheet,

place dough balls about 2 inches

apart. Bake at 350 degrees for

about 25 minutes. Turn up the heat

to 400 degrees and bake for another

5-7 minutes. Let cookies cool,

and slightly harden.

4. Break the pretzel sticks in half,

and stick the marshmallow on top.

Using a pair of kitchen scissors,

carefully fringe the end of the

marshmallow to look like a feather.

5. When the cookies are cooled, serve

by throwing the pretzel arrows at

the target and seeing who can get

a bullseye. Enjoy!
Peanut Butter Chocolate Edible Cookie Dough
Ingredients

1. 1 tsp Vanilla Extract


2. 1 cup Brown Sugar
3. 2 heaping spoonfuls Peanut Butter
4. 2 heaping spoonfuls Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
5. ½ cup Chocolate Chips

Basic Ingredients

1. 2 cups Flour
2. 1 cup Butter, softened
3. 2 tbsp Milk
4. 1 tsp Salt

Directions

1. Spread 2 cups flour out on a

baking sheet, and bake at 350

degrees for 5 minutes.

2. In a large bowl, combine the

vanilla, brown sugar, flour,

1 cup softened butter, 2 tbsp

milk, and 1 tsp salt until no

chunks remain.

3. Refrigerate for 30-45 minutes.

Add peanut butter and nutella

and stir until combined.

Fold in chocolate chips.

4. Keep refrigerated in an airtight

container, and enjoy!
