 Standing Order & Sweep

 Closure of Customer Account
 Initiation / processing of customer request for activation of dormant / unclaimed accounts
Account Amendment
 SBP / NBP / Other banks transactions
 Record Maintenance

a. Maintain proper record of all the relevant documents as per bank's policy

b. File maintenance of all Obligors data and documents related to credit facilities.
Advances accounts and follow up regarding Mark-up recovery and other
correspondence.

c. Maintenance of Stock Reports, Insurance Documents, Loan Monitoring Reports,


System Generated LD report, Delivery Order, etc.

 Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management

a. Ensure compliance of all established policies and procedures including SBP,


Internal control, & other regulatory requirements.

b. Remain vigilant to the possibility of Money Laundering (ML) and Financing of


terrorism (FT), through use of Bank’s products and services and report to
his/her immediate supervisor.

c. To act upon whistle blowing policy of the bank.
