Person, Place, Thing Rubric

This assignment is an exercise in storytelling with respect to your project. The story must include a real person, place, and thing. It must relate
to the topic you are exploring this year. The story should be authentic and true. It’s up to you how you choose to showcase this story (i.e. a
written piece, video, audio, etc). The last day to ask Mr. Bott or Mrs. Gergen questions is September 17th.
● Person: The person could be you, someone famous, infamous, or even someone close to you.
● Place: The location and setting is vital to any story. Your story’s location can change throughout the story or take place in a singular
setting.
● Thing: The “thing” could be a tangible object or something important to the project’s story such as an idea, quote, thought, or
feeling.
