    The SSG President Gwyneth Treynce Tan held a meeting on July 29, 2019 at 4:46 PM in Room 209 of the Junior Highschool Department Building to assign committees for the upcoming Acquaintance event. Committees were assigned for ticket layout, raffle guidelines, dress code, games, stage design, photo booth, and prizes. The Secretary Dania Remulta was tasked with making tickets, while Paul Abria Austero and Jayro TajanTajan were put in charge of games. Stage design was assigned to all members except the photo booth designers. After the event, SSG representatives would help with the oath taking ceremony. The meeting adjourned at 7:27

    MEETING MINUTES:
    SSG President them assigned different members on different committees for the Upcoming
    Acquaintance event 2 Executives were assigned for Photobooth Designs, Raffle and Guidliness
    Tickets are to be made by the Secretary, Dania Remulta, games were assigned to Paul Abria Austero
    and Jayro TajanTajan Representatives, Stage Designs are assigned to all of the Members except for
    the Photo booth designers, After the Dance intermission of each student representative of the SSG
    from 7 to 10 are to assist each section's club officers to change into school uniform for oath taking,
    2 Executives Norman Olasiman and Davon Hobrero were to give the papers for the oath taking.

    The President Proposed 8 Roses after the Dinner of students.
