    Term Definition

    A leader who has the ability to communicate and contribute externally


    ambassador
    as a representative of their team or organization

    change agent An individual who creates enthusiasm about a change

    A leader who focuses on supporting and encouraging their employees


    coach
    to help them succeed

    A leader who clearly outlines goals and a defined process to reach


    manager
    those goals

    motivator A leader who relates to their team members and encourages them in a
    way that fosters positive action

    expert expertise
