1. Explain the development of science and technology from ancient times

until now
 Ancient Greece
The knowledge of science still to be an identic knowledge
philosophy because have mitologic identical.It has proven with some
theory like,nature is explained theogonically and there is a role of
deity.But (T.Yacob,1993) said that it push the effort to human to break
through so far the world about symptomps,to know that something
permanent and eternal behind the change and temporary
 The middle age
The deacrese of Romawi role cause the new step will come.The
new step is the philosophy must subserve to the religion (Ancilla
Theologiae).Philosophy has the teologic style,monastery it’s not a
religion center only but also be a center of intellectual activity.In this
age the Arabic or muslim philosopher has came and show their power

Philosophy has been abandoned with the chapter knowledge that
by it’s each metodologic develop the own specialization intently.It’s

mitologic but also it has showed that the knowledge has been born a
human view attitude.It prove that western society as a society with a lot
of new findings.
 The contemporary age
The experts can continue their research and acceptable to
develop their basic knowledge (Sutardjo,1982).Optimistic with
pessimist are the human attitude in this era to face the development of
science and technology.In the one side it have been increase a live
facilities to up our comfort zone but in the other side they are faced with
the symptoms of disaster is coming up.Now technology has been a
substancial thing,the part of prestige and myth that sure the survival of
one state.Our society is going to be a modern industry,nationalit and
mondial global
2. Explain the principles of scientific thinking
 Objective
The way to face as it is,regardless from the factors subjective
(The wantness,The soul,Beliefe)
 Rational
Use the common sense that can be understood and accepted by
others.Try to release the soul elements
 Logic
Think with use logic principle,consistent,implicative.Every logic
must rational and otherwise.

Always use the way and method of typical science in every
thingking and action (inductive,dekutive,sintesis,intuitive)

Every thinking and action must prioritize the step of the prioritize
way clearly,interrelated and have a purpose.

3. One of the negative effects of the development of science and technology is

a decrease in human values.Please explain the problem in science and
technology that cause a decrease in the quality of human values
 Depend our era that be mastered by technique,the value of human is
assessed from the place as one of of the instrument system of each office
administration.It cause the human is assessed not as a personal but also
more from the side of use or just assesses in so far as they have benefits
from one system.The human value of personal depend on their
society,religion,appreciation as human is ignored.

4. Explain the strategy for developing pancasila based science and technology
Consider a stratigy imperatifly we put pancasila as a bzsic of
development science value in Indonesia

As an effort human to find the truth that doesn’t recognize stop point

The pancasila value has been a thinking method and benchmark the
truth
 Axiological dimention
Contain the imperative value to develop science is the pancasila precepts
as an unity.
