CHECKLIST

1. Firstly, Agent Registration Form i.e., REA-I has to be retyped in the same format
and the details regarding their respective category has to be typed in the form.
2. Four copies of the Form has to be taken out i.e (1+3), three for the Authority and
one for the receiving.
3. The Documents required for agent registration:
A.) For Individual: -
i)Aadhar Card
ii)PAN Card
iii)Photograph
iii)Office Address Proof like Rent Agreement, Sale Deed and
conveyance Deed etc. (Commercial)
B.) For Partnership: -
i) Partnership Deed
ii) Details of all the Partners:
a) PAN and Aadhar Card
b.) Photographs of all the partners.
iii)Office Address Proof like Rent Agreement, Sale
Deed and conveyance Deed etc. (Commercial)
C.) For Company: -
a) Company’s MoA/AoA,
b.) Company’s PAN Card,
c.) Incorporation Certificate
d.) Company Resolution
e.) Details of all the Directors and their respective photographs.
with all the documents self-attested.
f.) Office Address Proof like Rent Agreement, Sale Deed and
conveyance Deed etc. (Commercial)
D.) For Proprietorship Firm: -
a) Incorporation Certificate
b.) Proprietor’s Aadhar Card and Pan Card/ Photograph
c.) Office Address Proof like Rent Agreement, Sale Deed and
conveyance Deed etc. (Commercial)

4. Mode of Payment has to be through Demand Draft/ Banker’s Cheque/ Manager’s


Cheque.
For Individual Rs.25000/-
Other than Individual Rs.2,50,000/-

Demand Draft has to be headed in favour of Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority
payable at Gurugram.
5. All the forms have to be page numbered and Index has to be attached on top of all
three forms.
6. All the three forms have to be brought in one Cobra File.
7. Proof of place of business is mandatory to be provided by the applicant. (Commercial
Address)
