Procedure for incorporation of company

1. Filing of Name approval form- Spice part A

2. Rent Agreement will be if the office premise is on rent or lease.
3. Declaration and Form INC 9 with attested affidavits will be required.
4. Draft Memorandum of Association and Article of Association will also be required.
5. Filling of Spice forms with MCA
6. INC 20A to be filed after incorporation certificate.

In connection with the incorporation of company the undernoted information /

documents are required:-

1. Description of business nature

2. Proposed Name of Company
3. Decide the limit of Authorise capital
4. Decide the number of promoters-
5. Share PAN Card, Aadhar Card and Photograph of Proposed Directors/ Promoters
6. In case having your DSC then share the same otherwise digital sign are required.
7. Identify your office address and share the ownership proof of the office address. Rent
Agreement will be required for that purpose.
8. Electricity bill not older than 2 months of the office premises
9. The copy of the passbook of the promoters indicating therein name and address of the
Account Holder and last six month transaction.

12. Details of Directors- for each proposed director
 Place of Birth of Directors
 Educational Qualification of directors
 Occupation of directors
 Email Id of directors
 Mobile No. of directors
 Duration of Stay at Present address of directors
 If Duration of stay is less than one year then address of previous residence of
directors -
 Proof of Identity of directors- Any of the below mentioned documents:
(Voters ID Card , Driving License, Passport)
