• 装喷嘴 Assemble injection nozzle

• 装配步骤:assemble steps
• 1,打磨气缸体下平面,用压缩空气吹净斜油
道孔及主付油道,然后擦净气缸体下平面。
Burnish the bottom plane of the cylinder body,
clear tilting oil passage and main & slave oil
passage with compressed air, then rub the
bottom plane
plane.
• 2,隔以密封垫圈,用空心螺栓将喷嘴组件装
入机体且拧紧
Use hollow bolt with sealing gasket to put the
injection nozzles into the engine body and
tighten them.

• 注意/Note :
• (1)检查喷嘴是否通畅。
Check whether the injection nozzle is
through or not
• (2)空心螺栓旋入时注意校正喷嘴组件的位
置,使弹性圆柱销对准机身上的销孔,必要时
用铜棒打入。
Pay attention to the position of injection nozzle
when screw the hollow bolt bolt. Make the
cylindrical pin align with the pin bore in the
engine body, and use copper stick to hit it
when necessary. y
• (3)检查喷嘴(与气缸体结合面)有无磕碰
伤及毛刺。
Check injection nozzles whether there’s
scratching or burr.

• 装凸轮轴 Assemble Camshaft

• 擦净凸轮轴孔并涂匀清洁润滑油。
Rub the camshaft bore and smear lubricating oil
• 擦净凸轮轴,并检查凸轮轴有无磕碰伤,然后
擦净凸轮轴 并检查凸轮轴有无磕碰伤 然后
将凸轮轴穿入凸轮轴孔。
Rub camshaft, and check and make sure no

• 装凸轮轴止推片,松装六角头螺栓并拧紧。
Assemble the thrust flake of camshaft, and
loosen hexagon bolt, then tighten it.
• 在止推片上涂清洁润滑油,并用手转动凸轮轴,
转动应灵活无阻滞并手感检查轴向间隙。
Smear the thrust flake with lubricating oil, then
rotate camshaft to check the axial clearance,
and make sure it’s rotating freely with no
retarding.

• 注意/ :Note
• 1、必须检查凸轮轴衬套有无磕碰伤,不允许修
复使用

Before put camshaft in, the guide tool must
be lubricated with clean oil.
• 3、穿入时必须小心以防止碰伤凸轮轴衬套。
When put camshaft in, must pay attention in
case off scratching camshaftf bush.
• 4、螺栓螺纹部位涂螺纹锁固密封胶242。
Smear thread of bolts with 242 sealant.

• 装汽缸套 Assemble cylinder liner

• 擦净气缸孔和气缸套内外壁。
Rub cylinder bore and inner and external walls of cylinder
liner.
• 在气缸套外壁均匀涂0#二硫化钼粉,并将气缸套部分
装入气缸孔内。
Smear outer wall of cylinder liner with 0# , then put the
cylinder liner in its bore.
• 由缸套压装机将气缸套压入气缸孔。
Press the cylinder liner into the bore with presser machine.
• 气缸套高出气缸体上平面0.05~0.10mm。
Cylinder liner is above the top plane of cylinder body of
0.05~0.10mm.
• 检查气缸孔内的圆柱度和椭圆度。

Pre-assemble
• 装配步骤:Assembling steps
• 1、法兰至290℃,颜色呈黄色;加热曲轴齿轮至180℃
(加热温度均为推荐值,以便于装配为准。)
Heat flange to 290℃, and its color becomes yellow.
Heat crankshaft gear to 180℃ (the heating
temperatures are recommending results, they are
should be due to assembling condition)
注意/ :Note
齿轮和法兰加热颜色 紫色的均不允许装
齿轮和法兰加热颜色呈紫色的均不允许装配
Not allowed to assemble when the color of the gear and
flange is purple.
2 除去平键及键槽的毛刺 打入平键 曲轴齿轮 法兰
• 2、除去平键及键槽的毛刺,打入平键、曲轴齿轮、法兰。
将圆柱销打入曲轴尾端。
Remove the burr of flat key and key groove, then mount
the flat key,
key crankshaft gear and flange
flange. Hit the
cylindrical pin into the end of crankshaft.
• 3、拉铆钉放入曲轴斜油孔,用专用冲子冲两点铆牢铆钉。
Drive rivet in the tilting bore of crankshaft

Pre-assemble

• 装配步骤:Assembling steps

• 1、用清洗剂755或工业酒精清洗气缸体下平面
Clean the bottom p plane of cylinder

• 2、装入主轴瓦、上止推片,涂机油。
Mount main bearing shell, top thrust flake, and coat oil.
• 3、吊起曲轴部件,用压缩空气吹净油道孔并用毛巾擦净主
轴颈及连杆轴颈,然后轻轻落入气缸体。装入下止推片
Sling/Hang up crankshaft, blow oil passage bore with
compressed air and rub main journal and connecting stick
journal with towel, then gently put it in the engine body.
Then mount the bottom thrust flake.

• 注意/ Note:

• 1)吊装前仔细检查有无磕碰伤,必要时予以清除。
Carefully check there’s scratching or not before hang up,

and remove it if necessary.
2)止推片的油槽应朝向外侧。
The oil groove of thrust flake should face outside.
• 4、在机体平面(曲轴箱的结合面)上涂510平面密封胶。
胶线应连续不间断。
Coat the plane of engine body (connecting face of
crankcase) with 510 sealant, and sealant coated should
be continuous line.

3、气缸体的装配
Assemble Cylinder Body

• 按图示位置将导向棒插入主轴承螺栓孔中,然后吊起曲轴箱翻转180°,
沿导向棒轻轻落到气缸体上。
Insert guiding stick into the bolt bore of main bearing as Figure, then
hang up then crankshaft and turn 180°, then gently put it into the
engine body along the guiding stick.
• 注意/ :Note N t
• ⑴注意曲轴箱配对号与气缸体配对号一致。
Matching number of crankcase and that of cylinder body should be
same.

• ⑵定位销孔要对正。
Locating pin bore should be aligned
• ⑶在吊装过程中防止套管及密封圈脱落
Avoid bush tube and seal ring dropping out in the process of hanging up.
• 轻敲曲轴箱底部,使曲轴箱与气缸体结合面贴合后打入圆柱销并锁牢。

3、气缸体的装配
Assemble Cylinder Body

• 将曲轴后油封涂密封胶后装在曲轴上。
Coat rear oil seal of crankshaft with sealant, then
mount it on the crankshaft.
• 注意/Note :后油封外圆涂密封胶,胶线连续封
闭。
Coat rear oil seal with sealant, and sealant
should be continuous.
• 用压油封工具将油封压入气缸体总成。

Pre-assemble
• 装配步骤:Assembling steps
• 1、将同 重量组内的6支活塞放置在装配台上。
1、将同一重量组内的6支活塞放置在装配台上。
• 活塞重量互分组标记为10g/组,标记为G1、G2、
G3、G4、G5,同组重量的活塞装在同一台机器上。
• Put 6 pistons with similar weight in the same group
on assembly table. Pistons with different weight
are divided into 5 groups: G1, G2, G3, G4 and G5.
The pistons in the same group are assembled in
th same engine.

• 2、加热活塞至60-80 度。
• Heat piston to 60-80 degree.
• 活塞连杆的预装 将连杆小头插入活塞内腔 并

Pre-assemble
• 注意/: Note
• 1、燃烧室与连杆方向
• Coat combustion chamber
• 2、连杆小头孔及活塞销和孔装前需涂清洁润滑油。
• Coat small end bore of connecting rod rod, piston pin
and its bore with lubricating oil.
• 4,装活塞环依次装螺旋撑簧油环、锥面环,双面梯
形桶面环。
桶面环
• The sequence of assembling piston rings is: helical
spring oil ring, taper-face ring, trapezoidal barrel-
face ring.
• 注意/ Note :
• 活塞环 装配次序和向上标记,锥面环小面向上,梯
形环“TOP”面向上。
• Pay attention to the sequence of assembling piston
rings and upward mark. The small face of taper-
face ring faces up, and “TOP” face of trapezoidal
ring faces up

4、连杆活塞的预装、总装

• 5、连杆总成重量互分组标记为29g/组。C、D、E、
F、G、H、J、K、L。同组重量的连杆装在同一台机
器上。每支连杆总成的连杆体和连杆盖的配对数字必
须一致。

K、L groups. The connecting rods assembled on
the same engine should be in the same weight
group. And the connecting rod body and its
corresponding connecting rod cap should have the
matching numbers.

4、连杆活塞的预装、总装

• 6、拆下连杆螺栓,检查连杆螺栓螺纹部位有无损伤,
必要时更换并检查配对号是否正确。
Dismantle connecting rod bolts, then check
whether they are damaging or not. Replace them
when necessary. Check and make sure the
matching number is rightright.
• 7、装连杆轴瓦,装前要检查瓦片有无损伤,必要时
更换不允许修复。
Check whether the shell damaged or not before
assemble connecting rod shells. Replace them
when necessary. Not allowed to repair them.
擦净气 套内
• 8、擦净气缸套内壁、曲轴拐臂及活塞连杆部件,并 曲轴拐臂 活 杆部件 并
在各运动副部位涂清洁润滑油。
Clean inner wall of cylinder liner, crankshaft arm
and piston-connecting rod, then coat moving parts

• 9、盘车使曲轴拐臂至适当位置。
Turn the engine to make crankshaft arm at a proper
position.

4、连杆活塞的预装、总装

• 注意/ :Note
⑴检查活塞环在环槽内转动是否灵活,有无卡滞现象
Check whether piston rings in ring groove moves freely or not,
make sure no blocking.
• ⑵第一环开口应与活塞销轴线成30°±5°夹角,并使各活塞
环开口相错120

The angle between the open end of the first ring and piston
pin axial line should be 30°±5°, and make sure there is a
degree of 120°

• ⑶同一台发动机的活塞连杆部件必须在同一重量组内。

• ⑷检查连杆瓦有无磕碰伤,有磕碰伤的不允许修复使用。
Check connecting rod shells and see whether there’s
scratching nor not. Not allowed to use them if there’s
scratching.
• 10、依次装入活塞连杆部件并松装连杆螺栓。
Put in piston-connecting rod in sequence and gently screw
connecting rod bolts.

注意/ :Note
• ⑴连杆瓦盖的分离面应朝向机油冷却器侧。
The separate side of connecting rod shell should face
oil cooler.
• ⑵活塞缸次号应与所装入缸次相同。
The piston should be put in its corresponding cylinder.
• ⑶连杆盖与连杆体配对使用,不得互换。
Connecting rod cap and connecting rod body should
be matched, which can not be interchanged.
• ⑷装配时应严防连杆体碰伤曲轴拐臂。

• ⑸连杆螺栓拧入前须在支撑面及螺纹部位涂清洁润滑油。
Coat supporting

• ⑹下活塞滑套内外壁必须有清洁润滑
The inner and outer walls of piston sliding bush must
be lubricated.

4、连杆活塞的预装、总装

• 11、按工艺拧紧连杆螺栓。盘车先拧紧第1,6缸连杆螺栓,
再盘车120°. 拧紧第2,5缸连杆螺栓,最后盘车120°拧紧第
3 4缸连杆螺栓
3,4缸连杆螺栓。
Tighten connecting rod bolts in accordance with process
requirement. Tighten connecting rod bolts of the 1st and 6th
cylinders first

此范围的螺栓应更换。
Should alternately tighten the two bolts of each cylinder by
hand, 120 Nm for the first time, then turn 90°±5°, and
the torque should be 170~250 Nm. Otherwise, replace
them.

5、齿轮室的装配
• 装配步骤:
• 1、检查正时齿轮室各结合面有无磕碰伤、并
打磨、擦净后除油。
• 2、在侧面打入弹性圆柱销,在所有的双头螺
柱的旋入端均匀涂螺纹锁固剂,然后拧入正
时齿轮室 擦净多余密封胶
时齿轮室,擦净多余密封胶。
• 3、隔以密封垫圈松装六角螺塞,然后拧紧。
• 安装加油管垫片,然后装加油管;隔以弹簧
垫圈松装六角头螺栓后拧紧。

• 4、对气缸体总成与正时齿轮室结合面进行打
磨,擦拭,除油,涂胶。
• 5 将中间齿轮轴装入中间齿轮总成后放入正

• 6,装正时齿轮室部件。在中间齿轮轴上套入
密封圈后打入齿轮室,隔以垫片旋入六角头

5、The assemblyy of the timing

• Assembling processes:
• 1、Check whether every combining surface of

after polishing and cleaning.
• 2、Drive springy cylindrical pin into side, coat
thread locking agents on thread parts of the
double-headed thud, tighten it and clean
excessive sealant.
• 3、Tighten hexagonal bolts with seal gaskets
• Install refueling tube gasket and then refueling
tube. Insert hexagonal bolts with springy gaskets
and then tighten them.
• 4、Polish, clean, remove grease and coat sealing
glue on the combining surface of cylinder block
and timing gear housing.
• 5,Install middle gear shaft into middle gear, and
then put them into timing gear housing.
• 6.Install timing gear housing parts. Drive
intermediate gear shaft into gear housing, insert
hexagonal bolts with gaskets and tighten them.
The level of the cover to the left groove.

5、齿轮室的装配
• a. 轴上涂通用锂基脂。
• b. 拧紧力矩60±5Nm。
• c. 转角90°,力矩控制在100~125Nm之间,
不在此范围的应予以更换。
• 8、装入机油泵中间齿轮部件,打入机油泵中
间齿轮轴。
• 注意/ : ⑴机油泵中间齿轮部件凸面应朝里。
⑵装入后需检查机油泵中间齿轮轴
转动是否灵活。

• 9、将六角头螺栓装在机油泵中间齿轮轴上且
拧紧。拧紧力矩59+5Nm(涂胶)。拧紧所有
M10螺栓.

5、The assembly of timing gear housing
• a. Smear general lithium grease on the shaft.
• b. Tightening torque: 60±5Nm.
• c. Turn bolts 90°, and the torque range is
100~125Nm. Replace those bolts than not reach
required torque range.

• 8、Install intermediate gear parts of oil pump, and


then drive into intermediate gear shaft of oil pump.

⑵Check whether the intermediate gear shaft of oil
pump can be turned flexibly after installing.

• 9、Install hexagonal bolts in the intermediate gear


shaft of oil pump and tighten them. Tightening
torque: 59

6、飞轮壳、飞轮的装配
• 飞轮壳装配:
• 1、对气缸体总成与飞轮壳结合面进行打磨、擦
拭、除油、 涂胶。
• 2、吊装飞轮壳,预装飞轮壳螺栓。
• 注意/ :1) 气缸体总成后端的圆柱销
气缸体总成后端的圆柱销一定要与 定要与
飞轮壳下面的定位孔相配合。
• 2)螺栓螺纹部位及支撑面上涂清洁润滑油。

• The assembly of fly wheel housing:


• 1、Polish,, clean,, remove grease

on the surface of cylinder block and fly wheel housing.
• 2、Lift fly wheel housing and pre-assemble fly wheel
housing bolts.
• Notice/ :1) Cylindrical pin of end back of cylinder
block must match with orientational hole which is
below fly wheel housing.
• 2) Coat clean lubricant on thread of bolts and
supporting

• 3) Tighten bolts in twice by hand, the 1st time:
40+20N·m, and the make a mark between bolts and fly
wheel housing; the 2nd time: 110~140Nm. Replace
those bolts that can not reach required torque range.
• 4) Tightening sequence as the sequence in above
figure.
• Special notice: The fly wheel bolts of 4,5,6,7,8,9 are
M12X60,the bolts of 1,2,3,10,11, 12,13 are M12X70。

6、飞轮壳、飞轮的装配
• 飞轮装配:
• 1、用辅助螺栓将飞轮齿圈固定在飞轮上。
• 2、在飞轮轴孔内打入向心球轴承,然后装入孔
用弹性挡圈。注意/ :轴承打入前必须擦净外
圆,并在内孔涂汽车用锂润滑脂。
• 3、将飞轮和飞轮齿圈装到曲轴上。
注意/:飞轮内面需涂防锈油。
• 4、松装飞轮螺栓且拧紧。注意/ :⑴螺栓旋入
前螺纹及支撑面需涂润滑油
前螺纹及支撑面需涂润滑油。(2)手动拧紧时,

螺栓先用60~80Nm力矩预紧, 然后转两个
90°±5°角(对称拧紧)。扭矩范围应在

6、The assembly of fly wheel housing and fly wheel

• The assembly of fly wheel :


• 1、Fix tooth ring of fly wheel in the fly wheel by
accessory bolts.

• 2、Drive centripetal ball bearing into fly wheel axle
hole and then install springy ring.

• Notice/ :Clean outer round before drive into


bearing, and coat Automobile Lithium Grease on the
inner hole of fly wheel.
• 3 Install fly wheel and tooth ring of fly wheel in the

crankshaft.
Notice/: Coat antirust oil on the inner surface of the
fly wheel.
• 4、Insert fly wheel bolts and tighten them.
• Notice/: ⑴ Coat lubricant on thread of bolts and
supporting block before inserting bolts.
• (2) Tighten bolts by hand. Firstly pre
pre-
tighten these bolts symmetrically with a torque of
60~80Nm, and then turn them
90°±5°symmetrically in twice. The torque range is
230~280Nm.

7、前油封和凸轮轴正时齿轮的装配
• 装配步骤:
• 1、装前油封座垫片和前油封座部件,隔以密
封垫圈旋入六角头螺栓,交替拧紧。
• 2、盘车至1-6缸上止点。
• 按曲轴旋转方向盘车,自正时齿轮室端向后
看为逆时针旋转。
• 3、装凸轮轴正时齿轮。凸轮轴正时齿轮上
的刻度线应与正时齿轮室上的“OT”刻度线
对正。

• 4、旋入六角头螺栓且拧紧,拧紧后在任意
螺栓与齿轮室间进行漆封。

• Assembling processes:
• 1.Install front oil seal parts.
• 2.Turn the engine block to the top dead center of
cylinder 1 and 6.
• 3.Turn engine block as rotary direction of
crankshaft The rotary direction is contrarotation
crankshaft.
when you stand towards the side of timing gear
housing.
• 3.Install the camshaft timing gear. The scale and
mark of camshaft timing gear and OT scale and the
mark on timing gear housing should be aligned.
• 4.Tighten hexagonal bolts, and then make a mark
between any bolt and gear housing.
• Notice/ : ⑴ Tighten symmetrically with a torque of
35Nm and then coat thread with thread sealant.
• (2) Use hands to inspect the clearance of gears.
(The control range of clearance of gears is
0.034~0.265mm, and recommended inner control
range is 00.10
