Commercial Complex, Azadpur, New Delhi-110033, do hereby solemnly
affirm and declare as under:

1. That I am the Authorised Representative of the Plaintiff Company and

I am fully conversant with the facts and circumstances of the present case and
competent to swear this affidavit.
