In this excerpt from an interview by BBC World News presenter Yalda Hakim, Sadhguru answers some of
the most important questions in human life today. He defines life with a simple equation, shares his views
on recent terror attacks, and speaks about the dangers and possibilities of technology for our future. He
also points out how our education systems and our lives are going to change, as a natural consequence of
technological advancements.

The massive threats to our ecological systems and all life on earth are no longer deniable. Still, most
human beings on the planet continue with “business as usual.” Here, Sadhguru points out key areas that
we need to tackle in the coming years if we want to keep this planet livable for future generations. Are we

There is a myriad of meditation practices out there. What makes Shambhavi Mahamudra the perfect fit

findings so far indicate very promising effects on energy levels, immune system, biological age, brain cells
and brain activity, as well as overall health and wellbeing.
