AFFIDAVIT

I, NESTOR C. REYES, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Blk. 25

Lot 9 Wonderland Homes Subdivision, Sta. Teresa, Iguig, Cagayan, after having been
duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state that:

1. On __________, I received a letter from your Honorable Office notifying or

ordering me to cease from all of my responsibilities and functions with the
department;

2. With all due respect, I have been with the department since ________. In fact, I
have never been charged of any administrative, civil nor criminal case except for
the one that is now the subject of a pending appeal. Nevertheless, it was a case
which is remotely connected to the work that I do in the department;

3. As much as I would like to follow the rules set by the Civil Service Commission,
my hands are tied as I am the supporting my wife and my children. And as the
provider of the family, losing this job, even temporarily, pending the appeal, will
cause family to suffer as well;

4. In connection to this, I would like to humbly ask your good office to allow me to
continue performing my job as POSu in the Department awaiting my petition for
a Temporary Restraining Order. One, which lies in the comment of the private
respondent, Victoria V. Reyes, who for the duration of the case failed to appear
and identify her respective affidavit. Thus, failing to confirm the truthfulness of
her allegations.
