    Dear Sir,

    RE: REQUEST TO BE TRANSFERRED FROM MBARARA CAMPUS TO KAMPALA CAMPUS.

    I was admitted to the 2019 -2020 bar course and I was posted to Mbarara campus admission number
    079.However , I am kindly requesting for changing from Mbarara campus to Kampala campus because
    of the following reasons.

    1. I am being supported by someone who is only willing to pay my tuition and so because of this reason I
    cannot manage to support myself financially in mbarara especially in terms of accommodation, meals
    and other things. Am currently staying with my grandmother who has a home in Kampala but cannot
    afford to pay my house rent in Mbarara but if I am given Kampala campus I can study coming from home
    and I will be able to have my meal s from home as well.

    2. My grandmother is sickly and I need to be near her since I have to be taking her to the hospital to see
    her doctor every after 3 weeks.

    With the above reasons I will be glad if my request is put into consideration.
