Dear Madam;

I, Leah Marie S. Babas, the mother of Quinea S. Babas do hereby declare not having an
Income Tax Return Document (ITR) as I am a stay at home mother of five and am faced with a
huge responsibility to cater to their needs every day. In so doing, I could only work part- time
especially on occasions where I am needed the most. I don’t have a fixed schedule, nor do I work
in a company for my students are mostly, if not all are only personal referrals.
