special offer. If you reside in a state where Midco is an eligible telecommunications carrier (ETC)

and Midco services are available at your home address, you may be eligible for this program if

you meet the program qualifications. With this program you get broadband assistance, and you

can enjoy cost-effective connectivity, with no installation fee and rent-free modems. You also

get up to 25 Mbps downloads and 3 Mbps uploads. You also get home phone assistance with

reliable digital home phone service at a reduced monthly rate. There’s no installation fee, and it

includes free long distance blocking and selective call rejection.

Charter Spectrum Internet Assist:

Offers affordable internet service across its footprint. Everyone should have access to reliable,

high-speed internet. They offer high-speed 30 Mbps Internet with no data caps, internet

modem included, in-home WiFi for $5 more per month with no contracts. To qualify for

Spectrum Internet Assist, a member of the household must be a recipient of one of the

following programs: The National School Lunch Program (NSLP); free or reduced cost lunch, The
Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) of the NSLP, Supplemental Security Income (Older than 65

only).
