I am a freelance macroeconomist who develops new financial tools and products to provide
government efficiencies. I have produced a new school of economic thought, 'Morganist
Economics', which the British government uses extensively. I have enclosed a copy of a book
I have written entitled, 'Modern Applied Macroeconomics', which was originally a paper
published electronically in 2006. The paper, now book, led to many advancements and
pension reforms over the last thirteen years and has generated enormous treasury efficiencies.

There is potential for further treasury efficiencies through a private sector product, which
could be marketed and used abroad in addition to domestic application. Income would be
generated from the product in addition to the treasury cost efficiencies that would arise from
its utilisation. I would be willing to develop this product with the government and share the
profits generously. If you are interested in pursuing this new product development to make
further treasury cost efficiencies, please respond accordingly to discuss the contract of use.

Kind Regards.

Peter James Rhys Morgan.
