Pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 683, 1991 declasing the month of February as Notional Ars Month Celebration, the field is hereby enjcined to pariicipate in the DIVISION LIKHA 2019 ARTS AND CRAFTS CONTEST on January 29, 2019, 8:00 A.M, at Alcala Auditorium, Alcala CS. . The contestants to this activity are the registered participants during the Division Arts Workshop held last January 17. 2019 Bautista Gymnasium and Bautista NHS. Top ten winners will be selected from each Arts Contests. There will be separate contests fer Pupil/Student Category. Teacher and Non- Teaching Personnel in Public and Private Elementory, Junior High Schoc!, Senior High School, ALS, SPED. Top Ten Winners frem each category will be displayed on the Division Arts and Crafts Exhibit on February 4-28, 2019 at the Division Office Grounds- Left Side Parking Lot. In preparation of the activity, the following listed Technical Working Group and Contest Administrators are requested to aitend the Final Conference on Janvary 25, 2019, 9:00 a.m. at the Division Function Room/CID Office- Old Office. The events open to all learners of the elementary and secondary level SPED, ALS Learners, Teachers and Non-teaching personnel of the Division of Pangasinan II 2. Participants are enrolled learners from the different Elementary and Secondary schools and recently emplayed in the division. 3. Participants should bring their own materials. No lending or borrowing of materials, 4. Top 10 winners will be selected from each contest/category and will be displayed in the LIKHA 2019 arts and Crafts Exhibit at Pangasinan || Division Parking Area on February 4-28, 2019, 5.
