 Supervising hourly patrol inspection.
 Organizing daily work at shop floor.
 Keep following the documents CONTROL PLAN and SOP.
 Simultaneously working towards productivity and quality improvements through Kaizen
activities.
 Implementing & initiating continuous improvement projects in safety, Quality, Delivery and
Productivity improvement projects as a Quality supervisor.
 Analysis of daily tool consumption and generation of production reports.
