INTRODUCTION

Work Immersion is one of the course requirements for graduation. A Senior High Schoolstudent
has to undergo Work Immersion in an industry that directly relates to the student's secondary
goal. Through Work Immersion, the students are exposed to and become employee to enhance
their knowledge and skills. These prepare them to face the challenges of employment. Also, the
students are able to gain relevant and practical industrial skills the guidance of industry experts
and workers. Develop good work habits, attitudes, appreciation, and respect for work and rich
their skills in communications and human relations. These training programs expose the
students to work realities which will ideally hone their skills and prepare them once they get out
of the university or college.

 Reflection

I learned a lot in work that what is the reality of a work, how to manage your time, making
paper works and other doings of being employee. It is not easy for me because school because.
And I learned also the culture and japaneses Language like, konnichiwa, Arigatou and the 5s we
always applied

Insight

The work immersion is a part of the senior high program which the student need to have 80 -
hours hands - on experience or work. To expose them to the workplace setting and to emprove
their skill in communication.

This will be outside in the campus. For example offices, factories, and Shops.
