Elna has a $30 line min and $200 PO min requirement for all orders

Shipping instructions are required at time of order. A FedEx, UPS, or DHL account number is
preferred. If weights and dims are required before your order can ship, there is a 20% handling
fee, up to a max of $200.00, for processing the shipment. This amount is due as part of your pre-
payment.

Payment terms: Standard open account terms are Net 30 following credit approval, or
payment by Credit Card.

 Quote is valid for 30 days.

 It is the customer’s responsibility to expressly advise Elna of special requirements, which
may be re-quoted accordingly. Your RFQ did not call out any special requirements, so this
quote is made without consideration to special requirements; therefore, our standard
terms, business practices, paperwork, and packaging will be used. If you have special
testing, paperwork, certifications, packaging, shipping, or any other special requirements,
please notify me immediately for applicable pricing revision.
 We cannot and will not provide weight and dims prior to shipment. We require that you
select your freight carrier and freight method based on the published core weights in the
manufacturer's catalog.
 Gapping orders: Please advise us if you have special test conditions or requirements for this
gapping job. Gapping and Machining orders: Depending on the yields during our Machining
processes, Elna Magnetics may ship up to 5% below your order quantity and consider your
order complete.
