out of station due to his mother’s operation checkup .
Sir,
My son Koushik Kundu of class XII of your school was absent on
the lab day due to his mother’s surgical checkup of gallbladder
operation and hernia operation conducted by Dr. Sudip Roy at
Apollo Gleneagles hospitals in Kolkata. So he would not attend
the lab for last two days on (28.06.19 & 05.07.19).
Please condem his leave of absence for
those days .
