Reflection Paper

 Follow Me

Norms include customs, traditions, standards, and rules, as well as the general
values of the group. Through norms, we learn what people actually do and also what we
should do and shouldn’t do. There are norms about almost every possible social behavior,

 “Am I worth it?”

I learned that you can’t evaluate something without assessment. Why? It is because,
what are you going to measure or evaluate if there is no assessment? It is a systematic
determination of a subject's merit, worth and significance, using criteria governed by a set of
standards. That is why, assessment came first before evaluation.

 "Follow what I said but don't follow what I do"

There are common steps in measuring; one step of this is to identify the quality or
attribute that is supposed to measure. It is important to define first because we can't
determine a set of operations if we don't know what we are supposed to measure.

 “Interpret Me.”
I learned that in a test, the most important thing that we should consider is how to
interpret the results of the test. Understanding how to interpret three useful statistics
concerning your students' multiple-choice test scores will help you construct well-designed
tests and improve instruction.Test scores are interpreted with a norm-referenced or criterion-
referenced interpretation, or occasionally both.

 Who’s your bias?

One thing that we should also consider in interpreting the test results are the ways
and rules on how to interpret. Because you can’t create interpretation based on your biases. I
guess, we should not be subjective in interpreting. So that the results of the test may come up
on what it supposed to measure.

 Hi! Hello!

One thing that must be done first is to establish rapport with your client. Through
rapport, it makes sense that it is something that can be established good connection with
client. This process promotes open communication, develops trust, and fosters the client’s
desire to participate during administration.

 Tell me what to do
In administering a test, the Psychometrician must know first the flow or the
instructions to be given to the examinee, so that he or she will not feel nervous on what to do
next. Therefore, study first the manual before giving the test to the examiner. Because giving
wrong instructions to your client may affect their true score. That’s also one thing that we
should be careful of.

 The possession of Anna Rose

Things I also learned is that, everyone possessed different personality. Someone who
is Harmonizer, Analyzer, Entertainer and a commander type of a person. They all have
different views of the world, prefer different working environments and have different priorities
when it comes to work. That is why, in a job some don’t agree with each other. Also,
personality is one of the basis on what job do you fits.

 Keep calm and stay warm!

I learned that having a harmonizer personality is being a warm, compassionate
person who sees the world through the filter of feelings. You become someone who respects
people and recognize the importance of your emotions as a person when it comes to the job.
Being someone who brings empathy and harmony into relationships and in order to feel
comfortable and needs to be recognized as a person.

 Think Twice
Also, having a thinker or analyzer personality is exceptional in organizing activities
and detailed planning. You are someone who gladly takes responsibility which makes him a
welcome person in both professional and personal relationships. Also, you tends to structure
your ideas logically and explains them quickly and clearly to others. In order to feel good and
be efficient, Thinker personality needs a structured approach and to be recognized for his
thoughts and accomplishments.

 Controller
This is a type of person who has a controlling tendencies and are frequently
successful in their careers. Why? It is because they know how to manage people, meet goals,
and are relentlessly goal-driven. In business, they may rise to the top by working hard and
surrounding themselves with employees who do their bidding without questioning them.
However, the personal life of a controlling person tends to be a mess. Friendships are volatile,
intimacy runs hot and cold, and their relationships are always on trial.
 Entertainer

More so than things though, entertainers are the person who love to pay attention to
people. They are talkative, witty, and almost never run out of things to discuss. For people with
this personality type, happiness and satisfaction stem from the time they spend with the people
they enjoy being with.
