How to make simple solar panels

Materials :
1. Shiny copper sheet (1 sheet)
2. Crocodile cap (2 pieces)
3. Micro ammeter (1 piece)
4. electric stove (1 piece)
5. Clear plastic bottle topped with 1 piece
6. Table salt (2 tbsp)
7. Emery or wire brush (1 piece)
8. Scissors (1 piece)
9. Water

Steps :
1. Wash your hands first before holding the solar panel making materials so that no fat or oil will stick.
2. Cut copper wire with the size exactly the size of the heating panel in the electric stove.
3. The cut copper is then cleaned using sandpaper or wire brush so that there is no impurities that can
inhibit the process of absorption of solar energy.
4. After the copper is cleaned then put it on an electric stove and then burn with the highest voltage.
5. Perform this burning process for 30 minutes until the copper layer turns black.
6. After the combustion process is complete, then leave the copper layer to cool naturally for about 20
minutes. After the cold, the copper layer will shrink so that the oxide layer shrinks.
7. Wash and scrub the copper gently with your hands under running water, do not stretch the copper
layer in this process because it can damage the corpus oxide layer needed in the manufacture of cheap
solar electricity panels.
8. Cut another copper sheet about the size of copper first and then bend both copper sheets, first and
second copper, then put in a plastic bottle. Try both copper not to contact each other.
9. Install the crocodile claws on the first copper sheet and on the second copper sheet, then attach the
cable from the second copper to the positive terminal and the cable from the first copper which is
burned to the negative terminal of the ammeter.
10. Enter the heated salt water into the bottle carefully and do not wet the crocodile claws, besides the
size of salt water should not sink the entire copper plate.
11. Test simple solar panels that have been made by putting them in the sun so that the power produced
will increase by around 33 micro amperes.

 Cara Membuat Panel Surya Sederhana

Alat dan Bahan :

1. Lembaran tembaga mengkilat (1 lembar)
2. Capit buaya (2 buah)
3. Micro ammeter (1 buah)
4. kompor listrik (1 buah)
5. Botol plastik bening yang dipotong bagian atasnya (1 buah)
6. Garam meja (2 sdm)
7. Ampelas atau sikat kawat (1 buah)
8. Gunting (1 buah)
9. Air
Cara Kerja :
1. Cuci tangan terlebih dahulu sebelum memegang bahan-bahan pembuat panel surya agar tidak ada lemak atau
minyak yang akan menempel
2. Potong kawat tembaga dengan ukuran sama persis dengan ukuran panel pemanas yang ada dalam kompor listrik
3. Tembaga yang telah dipotong kemudian bersihkan dengan menggunakan ampelas atau sikat kawat sehingga
tidak ada kotoran yang dapat menghambat proses penyerapan energi matahari
4. Setelah tembaga dibersihkan kemudian taruh diatas kompor listrik lalu bakar dengan voltase tertinggi.
5. Lakukan proses pembakaran ini selama 30 menit hingga lapisan tembaga berubah warna menjadi hitam.
6. Setelah proses pembakaran selesai, selanjutnya diamkan lapisan tembaga hingga dingin secara alami selama
kurang lebih 20 menit. Setelah dingin maka lapisan tembaga akan berkerut sehingga lapisan oksida menyusut.
7. Cuci dan gosok tembaga secara perlahan dengan tangan dibawah air yang mengalir, dalam proses ini jangan
sekali-kali meregangkan lapisan tembaga karena dapat merusak lapisan oksida corpus yang dibutuhkan dalam
pembuatan panel listrik tenaga surya murah.
8. Potong lembaran tembaga lain seukuran dengan tembaga pertama kemudian tekuk kedua lembaran tembaga
yaitu tembaga pertama dan kedua lalu masukkan kedalam botol plastic. Usahakan kedua tembaga tidak
bersinggungan satu sama lain.
9. Pasang capit buaya pada lembaran tembaga pertama dan pada lembaran tembaga kedua, kemudian pasangkan
kabel dari tembaga kedua ke terminal positif dan kabel dari tembaga pertama yaitu yang telah dibakar ke
terminal negatif dari ammeter.
10. Masukkan air garam yang telah dipanaskan kedalam botol dengan hati-hati dan jangan membasahi capit buaya,
selain itu ukuran air garam tidak boleh menenggelamkan seluruh plat tembaga.
11. Uji panel surya sederhana yang telah dibuat dengan menaruhnya dibawah sinar matahari maka tenaga yang
dihasilkan akan meningkat sekitar 33 micro amper.
