INTRODUCTION

Slavery is often seen as a by-product of poverty. Countries that lack

education, economic freedom, the rule of law, and have poor societal structure

can create an environment that fosters the acceptance and propagation of

slavery.

Tens of thousands of toil in slave like condition in industries such as mining,

farming and factories producing goods for domestic consumption or export to

more prosperous nations. Because of these factors, slavery continues and will

continue to expand unfettered by international effort to stop it. Slaves are then

used in areas where they could easily be hidden while also operating profit

for the exploiter. Slaves are more attractive for unpleasant work and less for

pleasant Because the unpleasantness of the work is nor internalized, it is easier

for people to pull slaves in.

ARGUMENTS

A. PRELIMINARY

Any work or services which people are pore to do against their will under

the threat or dome form of punishment and physically constrained or have

restrictions placed on their freedom of movement. Today slavery is less about

people literally owning other people many people associated forced labour and

slavery with physical violence in fact the ways used to force people to work are

more insidious and ingrained in some cultures. The problem is these

arguments have bad inferences; they commit the appeal to nature fallacy.

Even if we assumed slavery is natural, it would not thereby be good.

B. COUNTER

Based on deontologist, slavery only becomes a moral when someone

devalues what the master has. A slave moralist is just about responding to

what the master moralist views as good. The person is in the care of slavery

will do his duty to obey his master and to show his master that they doing is

exactly what he command.

C. FINAL

The immoral on slavery is hurting a person helplessly for not obeying his

command. Forcing a person for just to run it. And a person just do his duty

even if it wrong against his will.

Key Arguments

I. People literally owning other people.

II. If they are used to forced people to work, are more insidious and

ingrained.

I. In deontology they have a rule to follow and duty

II. The person is in slavery they do his duty to show that they doing well.

I. According to deontologist the slavery is wrong because it violates a

person’s rights.

II. It is wrong to treat people merely as objects and tools.

CONCLUSION

In the end of our topic slavery is the sign of poor country that’s why slavery still

exist in some of the country. And why the other people allow them self for

being slave?, Is being slave is the better idea? John Locke said “Slavery is so

vile and miserable an estate man, and so directly opposite to the generous

temper and courage of our nation, that’s hardly to be conceived, that an

Englishman, much less a Gentleman, should plead for” . But in some people

think that slavery is there only job specially for the poor people. But the other

may think that being slave is not a good job because there are many kind of

slave like Force Child Labour, Child Sex Trafficking, Forced Labour etc.
