    Dear Ma’am,

    Good Day,

    We, the Emergency Response Team (ERT) of STI College Cubao would like to ask your permission
    to use the 7th Floor Mulitpurpose Hall for our Christmas Gathering (Boodle Fight) on December 19,
    2018 (Wednesday). We also want to use the School Canteen but Grade 11 students will use it during
    their breaktime. It will start at 1:00PM in the morning until 5:00PM in the afternoon. We will make sure
    to clean the area after our simple gathering. We would also like to invite you together with Ms.
    Annabelle Hernandez on our Christmas Gathering.
