Dear Human Relation Manager of Kerry Group,

On behalf of the Faculty of Bussines and Economics Petra Christian University, I wrote this letter
to you for getting your confirmation to conduct an industrial visitation in your company.

The objective of this visitation is for the students to obtain knowledge and insights regarding family
business management. Because of that objective, your company is the best option for us. This, students of
Business Management Department want to visit Kerry Group for a day, preferably in 14 May 2019,
from 9 am until 12 pm. The total number of students would be approximately 52 accompanied by two
faculty lecturers. Our visitation schedule are attached within this letter.

Before that, it is a pleasure for me to introduce to you our university. Petra Christian University is
the oldest and most recognized university in Indonesia. It has received the number one excellent private
university based on the evaluation of Indonesia's Ministry of Education in 2017.

We would be grateful to you if you could please allow us to visit Kerry Group on 14 May 2019.
