CREATINE| PRODUCT INFORMATION

Creatine is an organic compound that is found naturally within the body. It is usually sold as a white to
off-white crystalline powder and has minimal taste or odour. Although there are many types of creatine
on the market (such as HCl and Ethyl Ester) the most common is Creatine Monohydrate.

Most alternative types of Creatine use Creatine Monohydrate as their base (being the most natural form
of Creatine). The addition of further molecules and ingredients add to the abilities of the Creating in
return for a mildly less pure creatine. For example, Creatine HCl allows for a faster uptake of Creatine,
minimising the time taken for the body to utilise it effectively. Additionally, Creatine Ethyl Ester utilises
the Creating Monohydrate properties with less water retention as a side effect.

This product works by converting ADP back into ATP within the body. ATP fuels the body and allows for
more exertion that usual. This comes in handy especially for athletes and body builders as it allows them
to push themselves harder during training. The side effect of this is an improved level of development
and physical gains. The effectiveness of Creatine is seen mainly over short bursts of exercise, especially
when compared to sustained exercise however.

You usually find Creatine sold on its own in a powder or tablet form primarily, although it is also found in
a range of pre and post workout mixtures along with a number of amino acids. Due to its specific purpose
and use, generally it is only found in these sports nutrition industry goods specifically. There is one
exception however. Hospitals and medicine use Creatine Monohydrate to help with muscle damage,
repair, atrophy and to prevent muscle degeneration.

At Kilo we supply creatine to a wide number of sports nutrition and pharmaceutical companies
throughout the UK and Ireland. We usually supply this in 25kg bags and we can supply from a single bag
upwards. We source our goods from reputable sources who are sufficiently certified to fulfil our own high
standards. So, should you need Creatine, or any other ingredient, additive or preservative, feel free to get
in touch and we shall assist where possible.
