respiratory medical equipment.
e. Other medical attention
If exposed, contact medical staff and take the special first aid.
Make sure madical staffs are aware of the material and take protection measures.

5. Fire-fighting measures
a. Proper (improper) fire-extinguishing agent
Use alcohol foam, carbon dioxide or water spray associated with this material.
Extinguishing asphyxiation- use dry sand or soil.
b. Specific hazards arising from the chemical
Highly flammable liquid and vapor
Intense polymerization may cause fire and explosion.
Vapor can be moved to the sources of ignited and fire.
While burning, stimulating and highly toxic gases may occurs by thermal
decomposition or combustion.
May form an explosive mixture at flash point or more.
Containers may explode when heated.
Highly flammable: easily ignited by heat, sparks and flames burn.
Water leak has risk for fire/explosion.
Risk for steam explosion indoor, outdoor and drain.
Some may burn but not easily ignited.
Vapors may form explosive mixtures with air.
Non-flammable, substance itself does not burn. When heated and decomposed, may
cause corrosive / toxic fumes.
c. For fire-fighters, protective equipment and precautions
Light naphtha
Rescuers wear appropriate protective equipment.
Keep a safe distance from the fire area and extinguish the fire.
Be careful because most of them are lighter than water.
Because most of the vapor is heavier than air, it could spread along the ground and
can be accumulated in low-lying areas or confined spaces.
If there is no risk, move containers from fire area.
Tank fire-extinguishing, use fire extinguishing equipment at the maximum distance or
use unattended fire-extinguishing system.
Tank fire-extinguishing, cool down the containers with plenty of water after
fire-extinguishing.
Tank fire-extinguishing, stay away immediately when high pressure relief device or
any discoloration of tanks.
Tank fire-extinguishing, stay away make from the tank in flames.
Tank fire-extinguishing, in the case of a large fire extinguishing, use unattended
fire-extinguishing system. If not possible to use that system, just leave it burning.

Natural Rubber

If there is no risk, move containers from fire area.

Some may be transported on a high-temperature.
Leakage may cause water pollution.
In case of contact with skin and eyes may cause burns.
For disposal slaking water, digging ditches and imprison. Do not let material
scattered.
Tank fire-extinguishing, cool down the containers with plenty of water after
fire-extinguishing.
Tank fire-extinguishing, stay away immediately when high pressure relief device or
any discoloration of tanks.
Tank fire-extinguishing, stay away make from the tank in flames.

6. Leakage accident measures

a. Precautions and procedures to protect human
Avoid inhaling dust, fumes, gas, mist, steam and spray.
Due to very fine particles can cause a fire or explosion, eliminate all ignition sources.
Wipe spills immediately then follow precautions.
Keep away the contaminated area.
Do not access if people who do not have protective equipment.
Eliminate all ignition sources.
Keep all equipment in paper folding when handling materials.
If it is not dangerous, stop leaking.
Do not touch damaged containers or spilled material if you don’t have suitable
protective clothing.
To reduce the occurrence of steam, vapor suppressing foam may be used.
Prevent the spread by covering with plastic sheets.
Prevent formation of dust.
Please note that materials and conditions to avoid.
b. Precautions to protect environment
Do not release to the environment.
Prevent entry into waterways, sewers, basements, and confined spaces.
c. Purification or Removal method
Collect spills.
Build dikes to extinguish and keep collecting water.
Absorb inert materials(eg dry sand or soil) and put it into chemical waste container.
Remove dust and wetting with water to prevent scattering.
Absorb liquids and wash contaminated area with rinse and water.
If large spills, make a ditch far from liquid spills.
Using a clean-proof tools, collect absorbed material.
Put spills in clean and dry container with Clean shovel, then move the container
from the spilled area.
If powder spills, cover it with plastic sheet to prevent the spread and keep in a dry
condition.
If small spills, absorb it with sand, non-combustible materials, then insert containers.

7. Handling and Storage

a. Safe handling measures
Do not handle until you read and understand all safety precautions.
Use explosion-proof electrical, ventilating, lighting equipment.
Use only non-sparking tools.
Take precautionary measures against static electricity.
Avoid inhaling dust, fumes, gas, mist, vapors and spray.
Wash thoroughly after use.
Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product.
Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area.
Do not expose to pressure, cutting, welding, soldering, bonding, drilling, grinding or
heat exposure, flame, sparks, static electricity or other sources of ignition.
Even after container is emptied, because it may retain product residue, follow all
MSDS/ label precautions.
Pay attention to use/storage.
Open the cap carefully before opening.
Prevent long-term or continuing skin contact.
Keep all equipment grounding when using materials.
Note that materials and conditions to avoid.
Be careful for high temperatures.
Be careful for heat.
Due to there is a risk of oxygen deficiency in low-confined areas, check oxygen
concentration measurements in air and ventilate the air.
b. Safe storage measures
Keep away from heat, flame, sparks and high temperature – non-smoking
Store containers in a well-ventilated area.
Keep cool and in a well-ventilated place.
Properly drain and prevent empty drums, then set it back to the drum regulator
