Pbis Ticket Information

Students are given Mustang Bucks by teachers that can be redeemed at the Mustang Store for small items or experiences. Students can save their tickets or deposit them weekly in a classroom collection box. Teachers should have a system for students to store saved tickets, such as envelopes or files. The Mustang Store menu will include higher priced experiences. Class Collaboration Tickets are given by other staff and the class chooses a reward when earning 10 tickets.

PBIS Information 

 
Mustang Bucks:  
● Given by classroom teachers to students. 
● Will send out to teachers if you don’t have a copy of them.  
● Students are given the choice to either: 
○ Put them in a classroom collection center to be collected every 
Thursday by SAC kids. 
○ Keep and save for the Mustang Store.  
● Keeping and saving tickets will require teachers to have a system in 
their classroom for this. Ideas on storage: 
○ Envelope in binders 
○ Envelope system on a wall 
○ File system 
 
Mustang Store:  
● Small items 
● Experiences 
● Bought with tickets 
● There will be a menu for higher priced “experiences” 
 
Grouping tickets in groups of 2s, 5s, or 10s can make shopping easier. Use 
it as a math lesson in your classroom! 
 
Class Collaboration Tickets: 
● Will be given by specials teachers, counselor, and cafeteria staff. 
● Can’t be given to a class by their teacher. 
● The class will keep these in their classroom and not turn in. 
● When your class earns 10 tickets you and your class get to choose 
the reward you want. Examples are: 
○ Extra recess 
○ Art activity 
○ Free time on the computers 
○ Brainstorm with your class to what would motivate them!
