FEEDBACK AND CONCLULUSION

Excel Engineers is one of the leading groups in Manufacturing of Gym Equipments in

Tamilnadu. The system, the management style, the policies & decentralized decision making

environment is really remarkable. This report is basically an attempt to develop my technical

knowledge and work experience while learn and also to identify the areas which need to be

improved through on the job training.

From the beginning everybody in the company was very nice and tried to help me as
much as possible. I learned more from this training and got a nice and memorable experience and
the employees in the company helped me more and they give a vivid view about the company.

I can say that it really has been a great experience. I will never forget the skills and
notions that I learnt during my internship

My suggestions to this company are the company can expand the business to a large
level. They can appoint skilled people for sales execution process. The employer can give more
advertisement through the media. This will increase the demand and scales of the product among
the college students who are prospects.

The internship training was very useful and it paved way towards the success of my
career. It gave me a practical knowledge of the overall management of a manufacturing unit and
this would certainly help me in my present studies and also in my higher studies.

Particularly management functions are very well understood practically. This would
training gained me in securing practical knowledge overall the department functions and the
management control of this company. Thus, this training was highly influencing and beneficial in
all aspects
