Class Attendance System

General Objectives:
The main purpose of this system is to eliminate manual method, to provide
computerized system and to monitor the student’s class attendance.

Specific Objectives:

 Minimize the time consumed by the teachers in checking

attendance.
 To have a secured and private records of the students class
attendance.
 To help the teachers to find the attendance easily.

Scope:
 The system provides time and date when the student log in.
 The system allows teacher to access the class attendance.
 The system can do recording of class attendance.
 The system allows the student to view their attendance.
 The system will give warning to the student if they already have 2 absences.
 If the students have 3 absences, the system will consider the student as drop out.
 The system will check the attendance of the students.

Limitation:
 It is only for checking the attendance of the students.
 The system is offline based only.
