Once upon a time in Kremlin, Moscow. “Hey, Dimitri initiate national

emergency situation”, said Gorbachev, the head of KGB nuclear research

program. Then Dimitri contacting the Premier Nikita Khrushchev “My Premier,

Mr. Gorbachev has initiated national emergency situation, according to the

emergency procedure you must be taken to Kaliningrad”. But Khrushchev

denied to follow the emergency procedure and instead doing the opposite

thing. “What thing has make the national emergency situation initiated?” he

said. Then Dimitri answer it, “There is a nuclear leaked in Leningrad, the people

on there has suffered many casualties, about 4.300.000 people died there, and

5.000.000 injuries, it was very terrible accident and the nuclear effect will

reach Moscow in just 30 minutes, we must take an act fast”. “I think why don’t

we visit Leningrad instead of going to Kaliningrad”, said Gorbachev. “Sir, it is a

very dangerous situation over there since the radiation is very high, we just can

be killed in a second.” Dimitri replied.

 Then, a USSR ambassador in Washington, D.C. contact the Minister of

Foreign Affairs of USSR, saying that President John F. Kennedy has signed a

NATO agreement to move the Hydrogen bomb to Istanbul, Turkey and Berlin,

West Germany. Because of that report the general secretary of USSR

Communist Party (КПСС), Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov contacting Cuban President,

Fidel Castro to discuss about an agreement to move 4.280 Tonnes of nuclear

bomb from USSR to Cuba, since Cuba is closer to the US than the USSR.

Because of the Hydrogen bomb in Istanbul and Berlin, the KGB chief officer,

Joseph Stalin initiate a International Comintern Emergency Situation, which

means the USSR communist party member and other government officials of

the USSR has be taken to a bunker in Tomsk. But they can only start the

procedure with a sign from Nikita Khrushchev, the Premier. So Joseph Stalin,

Dimitri, and Gorbachev asking for Khrushchev sign for International Comintern

Emergency Situation Emergency Procedure to be initiated, but Khrushchev

doesn’t want to sign it because he is thinking to visit Leningrad to see the

casualties in there, so Khrushchev said “What about making a new Comintern

level emergency situation emergency procedure, that make all the communist

party member and the government officials sent to the bunker except me?”,

and Stalin replied “You can’t do that My Premier, the Communist Party will not

approve it and will remove your position from the premier.”

 Then the situation in Kremlin become quiet and the phone in

Khrushchev’s office rings, then Khrushchev answered the call, “Mr. Khruschev,

the political tension between USSR and The US has reach a bomb crisis, and

the nuclear leak in Leningrad has killed about 4.300.000 people, if you don’t

sign the emergency procedure quickly, the radiation will spread to Moscow

and will kill all Moscow population, and NATO in any second can send a nuclear

straight to your head. The head of 14 USSR state make a meeting of whether

going out from the union or they stay inside the union because the union

government do not initiate emergency situation, and the young people groups

and organization like the famous orthodox theologian organization, The

Democratic Socialist Organization of Soviet Union, and The Republican

Capitalist Organization of Soviet Union has make a protest in the red square.”

Finally, after considering the national stability and political tension, Khruschev

signed the comintern level emergency situation emergency procedure to be

initiated . After intiating the emergency procedure , It means that Khruschev

and all government officials must be taken to the “Советский Союз” bunker in

Tomsk. So Nikita Kruschev, Dimitri, Vladimir Vladimorich , Gorbachev, and Joseph

Stalin board the emergency train. On the way to Tomsk, Maxim the USSR diplomat in

in DPRK called kruschev and say “My premier, Kim II- Sung just contacts me and he
says that he want to join you to the bunker because the US just sent a hydrogen to

Seoul, Republic of Korea. Of course for him this is very dangerous situation, so do you

allow him or not?” then Kruschev replied “ are you crazy?”
