ISO 9001 lead auditor course have given me enough awareness to prepare Project quality plan,

quality procedures and developing templates to be used in day to day activities on site. It provides
me better understanding of the quality management system principles.

I learned about everything required for auditing through all clauses and how auditing techniques are
being applied on project.

I have successfully established quality management system and managing the system effectively. We
are committed to the quality and customer satisfaction as well as continuously improving our quality
management systems.

At our project we have to conduct audit through third party and this requires Auditor approval from
custumer. Intervals agreed with custumer are construction phase (15% and 60%) and procurement
phase ( 15% and 60%). We have to submit audit schedule to custumer within 21 calender days of the
effective days of the contract. After completion of audit we have to submit audit report to custumer
within 14 days. We have completed successfully 15% construction phase audit and procurement
phase audits are completed. Audits were successful and no corrective actions were required.
Observations were issued and we have complied.

We have developed different procedures for quality control of materials and construction activities.
For example we have developed procedure for controlling non- conformance and we are preparing
non-conformance report. NCR description, Root cause analysis , corrective action, correction and
agreed completion date are being part of NCR. We have developed 16 Quality procedures.

I am conducting audits of diffent departments in order to verify the effective implementation of our
quality procedures.
