Executive Summary

In this report I have given a very brief review of what


I have seen during our internship I have mentioned
all these as I have made an internship as according
to the schedule. I also mentioned about the Textile
industry in Pakistan and vision of its industry .Then I
have discussed about my learning in the whole
internship that is all about the Textile Terminologies
and process of the productions. I have made it
possible to write each and every thing that I have
learnt there. I have all my practical efforts in the
form of this manuscript that’s the asset for my
future career.
INTRODUCTION

DESCRIPTION OF INTERNSHIP:
Main objective of Internship:
 To understand the process of recruitment.
 To analyze the function of process of recruitment
procedures.
 To understand the process of hiring.
 To identify the area of improvement in
recruitment process.
Rask and Responsibilities in Different
Department:
In my Internship period I was understand the whole
process of recruitment in different department the task
and responsibilities are given below according to
Department.
1: H.R sub-office:
 In H.R sub-office I was analyze about pre-hiring
and post hiring forms and understand the
process.
 To re-check the pre and post hiring forms.
 Prepare new employee files.
 Data entry of new employees in system.
 Making trial pass and entrance card of new
internees.
2: At H.R Office:
In the 3rd week of my
internship move towards H.R operations. I was
spending one week there and I was learn
following work in my internship period:
 Taking resign of labors.
 Understand how to place serial number files in a
series.
 To enter the data of previous files in a system.

3: Main H.R Office:


Here I was spending a very
short time period but valuable things I was learn
in my Internship period.
 How to e-mail.
 Scheduling interviews
 Screening of resume.
 Making circular.
 Data Entry of short listed candidates in a system.
REFLECTION ON INTERNSHIP

ALKARAM TEXTILE is a best organization for my learning


process,It was my first Intership and it gives me a lot of
knowledge about organization environment. The
Teminlogies and Process I was learned is Just books and
and Academic periods are ful fill in front of me in
Departments, it gives me a lot of learning that are very
benefical for me in future for my job.
At first I was too quite
and confuse but my instructor give me a valuable
knowledge ina very short time period.I was learn about
how to communicate with a community who are
different from me .Human Resourse Department is a
public dealing Departement and I was learn a lot of
things like how to handle the emplyees,how to work in a
stress full environment and Time Management.These
things polish my skills and help me to work in other
organization very well .

contractor labour have a gate pass ,since they complete
their work leave the organization THE GATE PAS VALID
UP TO 3 DAYS.
3:Interness gate pass they came up with data entry serial
number and make their gate pass.
