     Indian Institute of Chemical Technology (IICT), Hyderabad has developed methods for

    etoposide and teniposide production. CIPLA is now producing it on commercial bases.


     National Chemical Laboratory, Pune, developed the method for Vincristine and
    Vinblastine and CIPLA has further improved the production technique and they are the
    3rd largest manufacturer of them in the world.
