    5. Below are the improvement strategies employed by the LEAN manager and his team

    to improve the assembly of smartphones:

    D. U-Shaped Cell

    Analyze the effects of each process strategy both quantitatively (number of employees,

    labor efficiency, cycle time, capacity, etc….) and qualitatively (advantages,

    disadvantages in managing these process strategies).
