First: Alice’s adventures in wonderland by 6th grade

Is a novel written by English author Lewis Carroll. It tells of a young girl named Alice falling
through a rabbit hole into a fantasy world populated by peculiar, anthropomorphic creatures. The
tale plays with logic, giving the story lasting popularity with adults as well as with children

Karina: We continue with Maria by 8th grade.

María is a novel by Jorge Isaacs. It was published in the year of 1867 and was registered
within the romanticism.
The central axis of the novel is the relationship of the unfortunate loves of two teenagers:
Efrain, a landowner in the Cauca region, and his adopted sister Maria. This idyll will have
as a framework the bucolic natural environment of that Colombian region.
Gabriela: Last function is Don Quixote by 10th grade.
It is the first genuinely demystifying work of the chivalrous and courteous tradition for its
burlesque treatment. It represents the first modern novel and the first polyphonic novel; as
such, he exerted an enormous influence on the entire European narrative.
