 Research design

Since the study is on educational center (acmegrade) and this is the first study on reschedule timing of

acmegrade or should acmegrade provide regular training classes? And based on problem identification,

objective of study also set and to arrive on the opinion of objective, I design a questionnaire of few questions

and response will be collected through the help of internet. And for collecting data Convenience

sampling method is used. For this project the area of research is Finance inters.

Basically Research design is the blueprint of collection, measurement and analysis of data.

For this report I have used descriptive research design which is the methods of research design. Descriptive

Research Design is used to describe the characteristics of a population. It collects the data that is used to

answer a variety of What, When, and how questions about a specific population or group.

And I used this method for my study because I want to know intern’s preference regarding my objective or

my study topic what their views regarding my objective.

Research Objective

 Should Acmegrade provide regular classes?

 Are regular classes helpful for students?

 If acmegrade providing regular classes is that beneficial for acmegrade as well?

 Data collection design

Data is collected by two methods primary and secondary method. Primary method is used when we collect

data for the first time. Secondary data is used when data is already available and we take help of that data in

our study or research.

In this research we used primary data, and for collecting primary data well- structure questionnaires were

prepared and with the help of internet, I will circulate the questionnaires to the interns of acmegrade and

observation also done to gather primary information.

Since the study is about should acmegrade provide regular training classes?

So I decided to do convenience sampling. So my study will be restricted to finance training classes only

according to convenience sampling they will be picked. So I will collect data from finance interns only.

Population for my research is all interns in acmegrade, and sample is finance interns.

For data analysis the data will be collecting and performed appropriately through the questionnaire and

inference will be drawn. The techniques that are used for analysis of data are descriptive technique. And

data will be collected through convenience sampling.

We will study on should acmegrade provide regular training sessions:

 What interns prefer classes on weekends or on weekdays?

 Is that beneficial for the students?

 Is that beneficial for acmegrade as well?
