 Data Analysis

In this report I have used primary data collection method, for that purpose I have created questionnaire and

for collecting data I have used convenience sampling so,

 Population is acmegrade interns,

 Sample is finance interns and,

 Size is 30

Research Topic: - Should acmegrade provide regular training classes?

And for my research study I have framed following questions which is mentioned below: -

1. Are you doing your internship in acmegrade?

The survey from 30 respondents, gave response to that are they doing internship in acmegrade? Respond for

yes is 100% and no is 0%.

INTERPRETATION

All the respondents are doing internship in acmegrade they all are finance interns.

From the survey of 30 respondents, gave response to the question that are they understanding whatever their

mentor is teaching to them.

INTERPRETATION

From the survey we came to know that each of the interns understood whatever their mentor is teaching to

them. 100% interns gave respond to them.

3. Do you ever think that why acmegrade does not provide regular classes?

From the analysis of survey of 30 respondent gave responses to the question and 67.7% say yes and 33.3%

no.

INTERPRETATION

From the survey we came to know that most of the interns think that why acmegrade does not provide

regular classes. 67.7 % people give their respond to yes and 33.3% give to no.
 4. What do you think that the acmegrade schedule is perfect? (i.e., providing only 2days classes)

From the survey responses of 30 responded gave response to that acmegrade schedule is perfect or not? So,

83.3%yes and 16.7% no and 0% may be responses come.

INTERPRETATION

From the survey we came to know that most of the respondent are in the favor of timing that the schedule

acmegrade follow is perfect. Almost 83% respondents feel its perfect whereas almost 17% feel it is not

perfect.

requirement? So, we get the responses 66.7% yes and 33.3% No.

INTERPRETATION

From the survey, we came to know that 66.7% respondents doing this internship because it is their

university requirement. And 33.3% say no that its not their university requirement. So, we came to know

that most of the interns doing this internship because it is their university requirement.

INTERPRETATION

From the responses of the survey, we came to know that 66.7% interns currently doing this internship only

and 33.7% interns doing another internship as well with this internship.
 7. What would you prefer if you are just doing this internship?

From the survey of 30 respondents gave responses to what they prefer if they are just doing this internship

16.7% regular training classes and 83.3% classes on weekends.

INTERPRETATION

From the responses of the survey, we come to know that most of the interns want weekend classes if they

just doing this internship almost 83% students want regular classes whereas almost 17% students want

regular training classes if they just doing this internship.

 8. Do you think should acmegrade provide option for regular classes?

From the survey of 30 respondents gave responses to do they think should acmegrade provide option for

regular training classes. 45% are strongly agree with this statement, 32.5% are agree, 22.50 are neutral, 0%

disagree and 0% strongly disagree.

INTERPRETATION

From the responses of the survey, we come to know that most of the interns think that acmegrade should

provide option for regular training classes. 45% of interns strongly agree with this statement, 32.5% are

agree, 22.5% are neutral, 0% disagree and 0% strongly disagree. From the responses we came to know that

most of the interns think that acmegrade should provide option for regular classes almost 77.5% interns are

agreeing with this statement. And 22.5% are neutral.

From the survey of 30 respondents gave responses to do they think if acmegrade provide regular training

classes will it be beneficial for them. 16.7% strongly agree with this statement, 33.3% agree, 33.3% neutral,

16.7% disagree and 0% strongly disagree.

INTERPRETATION

From the responses of the survey, we come to know that most of the interns think that if acmegrade provide

option for regular training classes it will be beneficial for them. Almost 17% of interns strongly agree with

this statement, 33.3% are agreed. So, we come to know that 50% are agreed with this point, whereas 33.3%

are neutral and almost 17% are disagree and 0% are strongly disagree with this statement.
 10. Do you think if acmegrade provide regular classes will it be beneficial for interns to solve their

problem?

From the survey of 30 respondents gave response that if acmegrade provide regular training classes will it be

beneficial for interns to solve their problems. 33.3% strongly agree, 33.3% agree, 33.3% neutral, 0%

disagree and 0% strongly disagree.

INTERPRETATION

From the responses of the survey, we came to know that almost 66.6% interns are agreed to this statement,

whereas similar number of responded are neutral in this statement 33.3% interns are neutral. But most of the

interns are agree with this that it will be beneficial for the interns.
 11. What do you think if acmegrade do some changes in their schedule will it be beneficial for

company (acmegrade) as well?

ANALYSIS

From the survey of 30 respondents gave response that if acmegrade provide regular training classes will it be

beneficial for acmegrade itself. 22.5% strongly agree, 32.5% agree, 45% neutral, 0% disagree and 0%

strongly disagree.

INTERPRETATION

From the responses we get from survey we come to know that most of the respondent feel that it will be

beneficial for the company as well almost 55% respondent are agreed with this statement where as 45%

respondents are neutral. And 0% are disagreed.

 Findings

Finding from the above data collection is that.

 This internship is university requirement of majority of respondents.

 Majority of the interns are satisfied with the schedule of acmegrade, a smaller number of people feel

that acmegrade should change their schedule.

 Even though majority is satisfied with the schedule of acmegrade but, still people feel that

acmegrade should provide option for regular classes.

 Majority of interns feel if acmegrade provide regular training classes it will be beneficial for them,

but a great number of interns are neutral on this statement.

 If acmegrade provide regular training classes it will be beneficial for interns as well as for company

also.

So, we find out that interns are satisfied with the schedule of acmegrade, but still want option for

regular classes, they considered that it will be beneficial for them in their problem solving and it will

be beneficial for company as well.
