My team was assigned at PHRU (Pasig Housing Regulatory unit) located 6th floor of Pasig city Hall.

From There, We meet our bosses Engr. Caparas and Mrs. Yolanda G. Sierda or sometimes we could her
Ma’am Yoli, she divide my team in to two members, each was assign to the different section of the office, me
and my co-worker marrinel paran was assigned to mam Editha P. Lopena and Jacklyn rodriguez was assign to
mam maricel from there we met Roland he is a GIP (Going in public service) and the one who teach us how the
office works, and explain the task that what Mam Editha would give to me. The immersion was officially started
July 22 2018 to and ended August 02, 2019. Our job started 8 am to 5 pm only.

Before the immersion I meet Ms. Ofel she orients us on how to greet properly and to act properly in
the office even inside the city Hall or outside if ever we met one of the officials of that Building. He teach as
what would I going to say if one of my boss ask me to get something, what would be my response. he also Give
the Full name of our new Mayor Vico sotto and some executive. After the seminar they divide the whole section
to designated offices Ms. Ofel roamed us in every Facilities before we go to designated office. My co-worker
was Arland Passion, john herald Paloyo, Jubel nuestro, Jacklyn Rodriguez and Marinnel Paran. It is where I meet
mam Yoli, she divide us and me and Paran goes to mam editha. She assigned me to get all the folder that has
a contract and give it to the rightful owner, or sometime we are helping in answering ledging card and during
break the thing we usually do is drinking coffee and if there is a snack we eat our snacks. And also mam Normi
ordered me to laminate the ID’s of the Unit owner. There is instances that mam edith ordered me to arrange all
the Contract of the owner and put in proper place. And before 5 we usually ready ourselves before leaving.
 I expect that immersion will give me the best experience of How to manage a company, I expect that
immersion are more about computer and programming trouble shooting and Installing software to the company
computers. I expect that I will going to maintain the Pc because I am studying about computer. I expect that it
all about computer because my strand is all about or has a connection between the computer. I expect that it
will going to be fun and I will get a lot of knowledge and experience about computer.
The only expectation that I have met is the First one , and the rest is not because the immersion that we
undergo did not have any connection about computer so the only expectation that I have met is the first one
because this gives a experience of how evry part of a company works as one.

I am more likely to be a understanding person I can work under pressure and still manage to comply to
all of the deadline given to me. I’m professional I have a good connection between me and my colleague. I can
build a strong foundation within me and the company. Ive found out that it is more okey to be calm person in
every situation.
The only hindrance is your self because in the and of the day its all about you and how react to your
environment or how you interact with other people and how you treat others.
 I’ve learned how to be a responsible person for every action that I im doing. I also learned how to become
Professional, I tested myself I am not easily get angry for every action other people do because i know that they
are trying their best. Understanding I can pick up and conceptualize what other people saying. Critical thinker I
can think out of a box idea that can help the company. I can socialize with other people and build a strong
foundation with other people. I think that I will not going do again is being playful all the time I need to become
serious but not in every situation but if there is a serious matter.

This immersion is not helpful for me us a Ict student because my field has a touch of technology and I
can’t see any of it in the immersion that I have undergo, its more about paper works. I think they need to focus
on giving an experience on what it feels like to have your own computer and work as a group or company. I
suggest that They need to find more company that has a computer have a willingness to offer this job or what
we called immersion. It is sad because not all of the students have experienced to handle a computer like me it
feels like nothing not all the students have given a chance to experience like what other student experienced
from other company that they worked for.
