 Provided solutions to customer by Special Third party automation process called as FF process.
which got Greenbelt project approval by customer which is in Documentation stage

 Customized OTC process control elements such as document types, item category, and schedule

 Pedimento process Enhancement- To print the Inbound Imported Pedimento Number(s) and
Date(s) on the Commercial Invoices to the domestic Mexican Customers
 Customer group C Enhancement- one complete order of customer having 1 or multiple
deliveries created, then only 1 invoice should be created.
 Tradesphere Interface: - Is an export compliance check interface that is currently used in GE- NA
only. Export compliance is applied to every order and shipment via TS
 Timely Analysis and Resolution of Issues arising in the production environment for the sales and
logistics execution area.
 Responsible for handling High, Medium and Low Priority tickets
 Day to Day Interaction with End User for Support, Enhancement / Modification / Correction on
Existing Processes / Transactions / Report.
