Special Offer Name Friends and Family Rate for Tata Associates

Pricing As per policy approved by Management. Rates are applicable for

single and double occupancy. For extra adults, children or extra bed
additional charges will apply. Maximum occupancy per room is
defined as per hotel policy. Rate subject to availability at time of
booking. Limited rooms available on the offer. Blackout dates will
apply.

Booking Process Dedicated landing page on Taj Website for availability and booking
on Friends and Family Rate for Tata Associates. The booking link
will lead to a booking form on the dedicated landing which needs to
be completed for the booking to be confirmed. Once details are
completed the system will automatically send a confirmation to the
email provided in the reservation. Original Company Employee ID to
be presented at check in. A copy of the Company Employee ID will be
retained by the hotel team. Any modification or cancelation has to
be done online only. No other mode is applicable for control and
tracking purposes.

Restrictions As per hotel availability

Guarantee / Deposit Policy Credit Card Guarantee Required at the time of reservation

Cancellation Policy Cancellation allowed 7 days prior to Check In date. The hotel
reserves the right to charge penalty for the duration of the stay if
cancelled within the cancelation period.

Commission Non Commissionable/ Cannot be booked by a Travel Agent

Check-in At check-in, eligible guests must present a Tata Employee Photo ID

to avail the rate. In the absence of valid company ID the special rate
will not be applicable and the hotel will charge the regular applicable
Breakfast Inclusive rate.

Cancelation of Reservation Reservation may be cancelled online only as per the predefined
policy. Please note that hotel will charge a cancelation fee if you
must cancel after this deadline as set by the hotel. If you have made
a prepayment, we will retain all or part of your prepayment. If not,
we will charge your credit card.
Modification of Reservation may be modified online only as per the predefined
Reservation policy. In case of modification the rates and rooms are subject to
availability.

No Show In case of no show the hotel reserves the right to charge the room
rate and taxes applicable for the duration of the stay.

Eligibility The special rate can be booked by Tata employees for their personal
travel only. The employee must stay at the hotel.

Participating hotels The offer is available at participating hotels (Refer Annexure),

subject to rate availability and blackout dates.

Taxes and Other Charges Additional taxes will be charged as applicable.

Credit Card Guarantee All bookings must be guaranteed by a valid credit card.

Billing All bills will need to be settled at the time of check-out by the
traveller. No credit / Bill to Company or charge to the Company
Employee ID will be provided.

Commission The Tata Employee Rate cannot be booked by travel agents, and are
net-not commissionable.

Validity The Tata Employee Rate Policy may be terminated or changed at any
time without prior notice.

Inner circle / Frequent Flier This rate is not eligible to earn Inner circle points or airline miles.

Applicability The Tata Employee Rate will vary with hotel brands,
locations/occupancy. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction
with any other promotional offer, promotional rate or negotiated
rate.

Itinerary / Multiple Tata Company Employee ID will be required at each hotel at check-
Bookings in.

Max Rooms The Tata Employee Rate can be utilized for a maximum of 3 rooms
with not more than 9 guests at a given time. The Tata Employee
must stay at the hotels with the party to avail this rate. Rate can be
utilized for a maximum of 3 rooms with not more than 9 guests at a
given time. Reservations exceeding 3 rooms on overlapping dates
will be considered as a group booking; each hotel reserves the right
to refuse such bookings on the basis of availability and may apply
special rates.

Special Instructions The hotel is responsible for ensuring that documentation, including
the copy of the Company Employee ID, is attached with the bills for
record purposes. The employee stay is required to avail the special
rate. The Tata Employee Rate is a predetermined rate approved by
the Management. The Tata Employee Rate will vary with hotel
locations/occupancy and blackout dates. Hotels are free to close out
this offer on busy nights. Hotel may choose to have the rate
applicable on only certain room types. Rate subject to availability at
time of booking. Limited rooms available on the offer. Blackout dates
will apply.
