    Knowing that there is a problem in the office that needs to be attended and yet you left your position and didn’t even
    bother advising your immediate head or the owner of your whereabouts is very unethical. I have been calling the company
    phone and no one’s answering only to find out that you been at ______________ to attend “meryenda” at their office.
    You are not part of their company as ___________ and _____________ are not under the same company.

    Let this be a warning if this should happen again you will be given suspension accordingly. Please be reminded of your
    obligations in the office.
