Leading the Programme Office for a global Oracle Cloud Implementation (circa £70m) that
transforms the whole organisation. Established programme controls and governance with
project metrics reporting to manage performance. Resource managed and forecast the
programme team with key skills and security clearance. Planned the programme delivery,
workstreams and phases for implementation.

 Provided strong programme office and supplier leadership
 Co-ordinated and recruited a high performing programme team (circa 120 heads)
 Maintained programme focus, direction and morale
 Ensured risk mitigation and coherence across all workstreams
 Negotiated with resource providers on favourable terms

Interim Procurement Programme Manager (PMO), London, Oct 2017 to Apr 2018
Programme planning for a series of 18 programmes across 9 countries to be delivered over
a 4-year period of a £4.3bn fund. Drove the procurements workstream delivery and controls
with limited resources and constrained timescale to implement the framework.

Key Contributions:
 Delivered a procurement plan that prioritised within constraints over the 18
programmes
 Ensured risk mitigations were managed and communicated to Programme

Developed a pipeline of research & development funding cases with small to medium
business leaders. Established systems and processes for the efficient collaboration on work
package development, business justification and cost modelling for R&D projects.
