Step-1 Open Browser >> type www.icsts.org

Step-2 Enter your username and password

• You will be redirected to Home Page of New Software
• Now by clicking to “Menu” on top left side of screen you can
access your Pages

How To Access Project Information

Project Information
After successful Log In >> Click on “Menu” button
(Top Left) >> Click on “Favorite Links”
Now Click on “Project”
Click on appropriate List as per the requirement
From here you can search OR view project details
Key Features
• Search is not case sensitive
• Search field is key friendly i.e. by typing 2-3 characters it will
show you RESULT as per the information entered

Now Click on “View” >> To get Project Information

How To View Project Attachment
Open Project Page >> Scroll down
>> Under “All Attachment” section Click on “View”
Click on “Download” >> To go back follow the Arrow
as shown below
Similarly you can check “Project Bank Account” detail
as shown below

Project Inventory
How to Search Project Inventory
Click on “Favorite Link” >>
Click on “Project Inventory”, as shown below
Now select your List to view Inventory
Following page will be shown from where all inventories
can be viewed
Key Features

 How To Use
“Advanced Filter”

i.e. You can apply multiple filters to view your record

Click on “Filter” option on Top right side of screen
Enter Filter conditions as per your requirement, as
shown below

How To Hold Project Inventory
Scroll down on “Inventory Page”>> To “Service
Requests”>> Click on “Create”
Enter your Employee Code >> Click on “Save”
After saving the page>> to go back to
Inventory/Previous Page >> follow arrow shown below.
Inventory “HOLD” has been initiated
